Just providing a simple report for my most recent travels. Ideally I would fly into POP airport and go into Sosua but I found a direct flight to SDQ for cheap and couldn't pass on it vs a long connecting flight for POP.

Oasis: of course has an array of girls, its a few that are beautiful but its something about that place where its just forced. Girls want to rip you apart and its almost unbearable to have a simple drink and just observe. Ended up going up with one girl for $110 in their provided rooms, I saw her in the light and wasn't as attracted to her. Fellas, don't get fooled by the dark ambience in the club, try to get them in some light to really see them. We go up and she just uses the bathroom in front of me, door open and I'm now even more turned off. Beds look disgusting and I'm thinking to myself I got to get outa here ASAP. Finish within 10 min and decided not to go back. They take card payments for everything if interested.

Cameroon: I believe this was the name of the place but they had a girl in there who was absolutely gorgeous, 19 years old and could tell she wasn't tainted by the life yet. Very bubbly and almost model like. Met her after my situation above in Oasis but it was too late in the night so I got her WhatsApp and left. Talked all day and came back and paid my money and the craziest thing happens. Now this place allows you to leave with the girl for 2 hours for 110 or go upstairs for 1 hour and rent a room for the same price. I wanted as much time with her as possible so as she's getting ready to leave this guy storms in going nuts how she promised him tonight and yelling at me saying I need to honor it. I have a chill personality, I will never argue over much especially a working woman but I was tempted to just say "well just ask her who she wants to leave with" but that would of hurt his feelings because I'm on WhatsApp with her giving her the intel and she's telling me sorry and how some clients feel like they own them. I let him win the battle but that's not how Day 2 ends for me!

Hidden Club: Because of the situation above the owner of Cameroon says he will find me girls and give me a driver (what I thought was free, but of course it wasn't smh) and brings me to this hidden place owned by a guy I met earlier who's Haitian. I didn't go in because I was there earlier (around 9:30 pm) and the girls where a lot bigger than the type I like but apparently it gets better as the night goes on and its about 11 pm by now. Here is the place to put in your google maps to find it since it has no name, but its a black gate. Search "Aremsa."

Casa Teresa: omggggg, this was Oasis on steroids. Steeper prices but the women, beds, club in general was more upscale. Immediately saw this cute little spinner, and got us a drink and we were sitting and she did the whole rub my meat with her hand as we were siting and I said, yep, lets go. Def worth the price of admission which was $140 for the room, my beer and a lady drink. I think its $110 for the room, beer was 10 but a lady drink is $20. Note: they only take cash no card.

--Ultimately my destination is Sosua so how to get there?

Caribe Tours Bus Station: so the cost is $500 DOP for a ride to Sosua, which has stops in La Vega, Santiago, Puerto Plata and Sosua. The buses are actually pretty decent but be aware, I left at 11 am and didn't get to Sosua until about 4:30 pm so bring snacks, drinks and something to watch or listen to. You don't need a reservation but it helps to have one, you don't pay online it just keeps a space open for you but get there 30 min before.

TLDR: Casa Teresa is still top tier but it comes at a cost. Oasis is okay for when you are out of cash and only have a card. Check out the hidden spot and let me know how it is during peak hours. Don't be afraid of taking a bus to Sosua, although long it wasn't bad at all for 10 bucks.

Great report! As I am actually here in SD, I figured I would expand on these notes. Cameroon lounge, assuming that's where you were, is best on Wednesdays. Great selection of cigars and plenty of spots to relax. Super dead on a Sunday night.

The "hidden club" appears to be Hotel Odette. Its right next to the map location for Aremsa with black gated bars in front. Odette had about 5 girls. Decent looking. Its a VERY chill place, definitely not like Oasis or Foxys. Prices are 6 K for 1 hour at the club. Includes room and chica. Chica gets 3 K of it. Or you can take her out for 2 hours for the same price. I would go back there for sure. Just not on a Sunday night. One chica said Monday night is the best night to visit.

Been to this place twice now. Met the owner the first time and she was super nice. Set me up with a great girl and I've been on her whatsapp distro list for new girls that start. Let me put some knowledge in the eyeholes of those interested. Two different enforcement agencies: AMET and Police National. AMET enforces traffic laws, Police National all other laws. Normally if you violate a traffic law within the detection of a AMET officer you will get stopped. This happens to me at least once a year. But I have never been given a ticket. Because I know how to handle myself during a traffic stop.

Even someone who has been visiting for 15 years does not have the level of driving experience and frequency to make a definitive statement on traffic enforcement in the Dominican Republic nor the risks. At least not the way I can, since I live here and unfortunately have to drive on almost a daily basis.

Driving in the Dominican Republic is no joke. And those in these forums that try to underplay the risks are misleading people. I do my best to minimize my driving in Republica Dominicana. And I know what I am doing. Take that as you wish.

Traffic enforcement has improved. There is talk of red light cameras and speed cameras being mounted and operated by subcontractors. There are more AMET officers on the roads today than when I first moved here. And there has been a big improvement of the professionalism of the AMET officers and in the police and military in general. As they have received several pay raises and the controlling legal authorities are cracking down on even petty correction by running stings against police that set up check points for motorists.

I might not be an expert on The Sue, but driving around the Dominican Republic. Yeah I know a little about that.

It is just a bar code sticker that the rental car company puts on the window so they are able to scan it as inventory. The police see that and know it is a rental car.

I often rent a car for 2 weeks when I land at Punta Cana, and generally make a road trip to La Romana. Santo Domingo. Santiago. Sosua, and back. I've never been controlled by the police since 15 years. The only time I was stopped by a moto policeman was on the highway from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana: he had a radar and I was driving at 140 km / h instead of 110. I could see him from far away but was distracted: they are always in the shade under the highway bridges.

The one across from Foxys. Yea, you got to cab it to the Colonial Zone from the Jaragua, but I really liked the Merengue Bar / Casino and actually next door in the big hotel there is a late night cocktail bar I picked up two girls at one time, didn't fuck them but we drank and danced together all night and only asked for cab fair at the end of the night. I stayed at one of the hotels in Zona Colonial for 3 nights and was informed that the toilets were not working and you have to throw your used toilet paper in the trash to not clog up the plumbing, yea not my style so I only stay at the nice hotels. Jaragua also has a sick ass gym and sauna. I hit a few different small casas up with this dude who chilled out front of the Jaragua, his name was padro and he took me to a few casas and they had some decent chicks, one was a bombshell I fucked the hell out of until the condom broke and she let me keep going for a minute until my senses kicked in. This was all pre-pandemic. If I ever returned to Santo Domingo and I got the money, I am staying at Jaragua.

I traveled to SD este for a short 6-day visit. It rained most days. Stayed in Piantini in an upscale tower condo apartment. The place had Superstrong wifi, a washer and dryer and no loud music or parties at 1 am.

I like the privacy of bringing chicas to the place. I finally was able to get my favorite wassap chicas to arrive on time, I sent them an Uber. It took a few tries to figure out how to send uber drivers to pick up my chicas and bring them to the condo. The chicas would share their location instead of a street address. I had to figure out how to convert the location into an address uber can use. This was a much better option for scheduling back-to-back chica sessions to generally arrive on time. Background info: I'm from the USA, white guy (if that matters), I fly into Santiago, and will go to Santo Domingo also. I plan to visit one other place, maybe two. Whatever I can do with 2.5 weeks. Don't plan to rent a car (heard they have special tags that police target for bribes, and really, don't' want to worry, be responsible for, or think about a car) but take uber instead, they seem cheap enough there, unless there's good reason not to. New to the the are but not new to international traveling, third world countries, watching my back, etc. Know how to defend myself but prefer to have no reason to and avoid trouble / trouble areas. I speak decent Spanish, getting better but definitely not fluent. I'm not a flashy person, I know I will stick out like a sore thumb but don't plan on walking around with jewelry, a visible wallet, with my phone out, etc..

I was in SD twice, stayed at Jaragua Casino near Colonial Zone. I like to gamble and the Casino / Merengue Bar set-up they had was really cool. There used to be some decent working girls at the bar you could get and just bring up to your room at Jaragua, plus some girls walking around the Casino. Be classy at the bar as there will be many normal Dominican couples there just to dance, don't treat the place like a strip club and be discreet about your business. The hotel will let you take up one or two girls a night, but after that they will give you the stink eye sometimes. At night don't walk anywhere outside the Colonial Zone. I was there on weekend trips, so I didn't meet up with any Dominican Cupid chicks, although I spoke to many online. It was easier to just hit the brothels during the day and pick up girls from the Casino at night and there is two brothels near Colonial Zone that had a few decent girls to choose from. I did most of my mongering there. At the bars, I didn't speak Spanish, so I found it hard to get anything going with normal girls, although it's easy to dance with them and maybe you could make something happen if you speak a little Spanish. I only hit the bars of the Colonial Zone up. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed to death everywhere you go. Everyone wants a tip or has a sick grandma that needs money. Working girls, doormen, security, cab drivers, bar tenders, etc. It is what it is and SD is still plenty of fun, but be prepared to deal with that shit. There are gems in the DR you cannot find anywhere else on Earth. Unforgettably beautiful and fuck amazingly good and it makes all the bullshit worth it 10 fold. You need to hold out for the gems and not take the first cute chick you see and it is possible to miss out on the top talent for the night, so play the game right. Many Dominicans are really cool too and will bro down a little with you, LOL sometimes they will ask for a buck or two after but it's in good nature mostly. Also be smart bro, you have absolutely nothing to gain by fucking a Dominican dude up even if you are a dude who doesn't take shit in the USA. Either, you are going to get arrested and end up in a Dominican Jail or jumped or worse. If a Dominican is going to rob you, he's going to hit you from behind when you are not looking anyway. Be smart, stay safe, and keep yourself in line and you can't go wrong.
