Depends on the time of day. Most girls are scared to catch the bus at night because of bandits but some have no choice.

I was with a guy recently and he was having hell sending an Uber for a girl. The pin supposedly kept malfunctioning but I think because Uber won't go there.

If its daytime and a girl asks me for more than 200-250 p each way for a taxi then the deal is usually off. Where I live on the malecon I don't have to import at night. Usually I can walk around for 20 minutes and find something decent and not hardcore. So night time transportation prices I'm not familiar with.
