I agree with Frannie on this you need to get that checked out. I spoke to my neighbor in my building last night. He said his calf felt bad like a cramp and was swollen. He kept on trying to massage it out, but when he finally went to the doctor he had a blood clot in his calf that was moving to his heart which could have caused a severe stroke. We all know a stroke can end yor mongering career fast.

On the map, Five Star International Sports Bar, (809) 688-1908, Ave. Independencia #626, Malecon, Santo Domingo. Has a sort of high wall around the parking area that faces the malecon, not a large rectangular sign that faces the malecon. I never went inside.
