I stayed at Marriott Jaguar last time, and will again this time. Great place, with a casino. There's a club nearby and some Casas I hope still open. Security had to kick out a drunk chick from my room last time and they were super cool and laughing about it.

    Clarification.

To clarify what I was saying. I was looking for one place to stay for the week that could be in SD, La Romana or anywhere in between.

No worries because I rented a condo in Boca Chica on Airbnb for short money.

    Your question is not clear

I am making a return visit the end of August and was thinking of trying Air BnB. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to stay from SD to La Romana? I would like to find something that is within walking distance to beach, malls, supermarket.

    Thanks,

For economy accommodations I stay at Maison Gartreaux in Gascue (it's behind the Crowne Paza on the Malecon). Clean, quiet, breakfast around $30/ night. Not the best of neighborhoods but I've never had any trouble. Fifteen minute walk to Colonial Zone. Sometimes I splurge and stay at Napolitano for the great view and swimming pool but it's $100/ night. I'm pretty sure every place in DR is guest friendly.

I recently stayed at the embassy suites in SD. I suggest calling the hotels and asking, that's what I did and was told it was a 3 o dollar guest fee which they waved due to my level in their rewards program.

Yes, I happened to be there with a date and asked the waitress if she could tell me the name of the band that was playing such great music on the outdoor speakers. She returned with a copy of the CD to my amazement and did not ask for any money. Naturally, I tipped her well.

    317.

This is my final update good or bad about 317. It's now going to be called "Hareem" and is opening this Thursday or Friday with no cover. It looks small but we will see how that factors in.

That's it, went back last night again, not as busy as Sunday night. Another very nice spot is "Duo" on the other end right before Pacos. Beautiful place, watched the game there last night. Someone put major money in this place but it's never crowded, probably because it's on the wrong end of El Conde. A little expensive also but the place is all class.

Guys you can easily pull from here if you aren't shy. Markell TV did a live video so if you want to see all the eye candy there go to his YouTube channel. I left about 9:30 PM and caught a uber back to Boca chica for 937 pesos. Normally that ride is 500-600 pesos but because it had gotten late there was a surcharge. Met three gorgeous girls separately at Segazona. One was a international business student almost 6 feet tall and spoke good English. The other girl was 24 yo with school teacher glasses so we traded wassap numbers. And the third girl was married and had no problem with me buying her a drink and enjoying her company. Man I love this spot, so check it out fellas.

Man, I have grown to love women with glasses. The right pair on the right woman is just sexy as hell to me. Thanks for the info on Segazona.

I don't think these chicas are the type you mention prices with. You buy them a drink or two, chit chat with them and if they like you they either give you their number or go with you.
