The exceptions are Executive (you called it "calle Marginal" which is in fact the street it is on near San Vicente and Las Americas highway) and Casa Teresa. The price at Executive is 2,000 and Casa Teresa is 3,500. The others you mentioned charge half what you wrote.

If I was to guess, I would say you do not speak Spanish and are using a translator. There is no train from Puerto Plata. Metro is a bus line. It costs about 400 pesos from Puerto Plata to Santo Domingo.
