As Old Kool likes to say, you have the money, you call the shots. As an employer you tell the paid employee (hooker) how it is. I want you here at such and such a time and I want you doing this, this, and that. You lay it out for them. Now if a mf is doing some volunteer work (non-pro) you may let them choose from a list of times and a list of tasks. The hookers can't say anything about the other employees you are hiring because they are getting paid. As a volunteer worker you have to be a little nicer to the non-pros to keep them around. This may include not outright letting them know there are others, which is my understanding of juggling them. With the ones that you are paying you may even do some networking and have them refer friends to you so they can earn something as well.
