I'm not saying that you should give them more than 1500 to 2000 per nut an extra 1500 plus food and paying around 300 pesos and hour for non sexual services like showing you around cooking cleaning in home mani pedis etc. Will go a long way. It's always better to be the anonymous gringo and tip a girl to bring you more girls etc. In fact in a regular neighborhood it can get bad with you running through mothers and daughters sisters and cousins. The best thing you can do in that situation is to either go away for awhile (if you live or stay in the DR) and or send them to your gringo friends.

But I'm getting ahead of myself here If you come a couple times a year for a week or less then you'll probably stop at fucking two or three of the nail techs because you won't be around enough to fuck the majority of the neighborhood. This only works if you live in the place that your fucking girls. IMHO, the Dominican Cupid, remains the best bet place for finding the type of girls you are talking about, if 1) you subscribe for access to the site, a month or so, before your arrival in the DR, 2) you have the patience and willingness to invest enormous amount of time, 3) you have a good tracking and filtering method to weed out fakes, multiplicities, hardcore pros and scammers. You are right, a decade or so ago, my main supply source was San Pedro de Macoris, and the most active age I dealt with then, was 19-21 yr Olds. Drinks at oasis or foxys arent $10. More like 150 or 200 pesos.

And non-pros are usually willing to fuck you for a very long time without asking for money if they believe your are interested in the long game ("largo plaza" No matter what the status of a girl I have sex with, I always give them a regalo (present), and they never turn me down, presumably because of the way I give them the money. I never say, "here is 2500 DOP for the anal sex", but rather something like, "here is some money for your taxi.
