Took another lovely and checked out Rumba bar. I like the vibe in there and the girls are sexy and hang out with you. I am sure negotiations can easily be made for off the clock fun. Seemed like a lot of the same regular guys frequent the place as they were all there on the two nights I went. Good food too. Worth checking out.

Impuesto 18% and 10%. Can someone please explain if either of these are propina that's included. Most bills had them on there but some also had an open line for propina and some do not. So damn confused.

I brought this up a couple of years ago. I think it was CP or Frannie that said the workers are supposed to get the 10% (LEY) as a service charge, but the owners of the restaurant hardly, if ever, fork it over to them. The 18% (ITBIS) goes to the government.

I just found an article that said the 10% tip is supposed to be charged and divided amongst the workers if you consume inside of the establishment, but if your order is to go or delivery then you should not be charged this tax.

3 D massage. Still the best legit massage place in Bella Vista mall. Masseuses are not attractive. At all. But they do good work.

I enjoyed staying in Bella Vista after a few noisy nights in Piantini. Consider it. Pretty solid access to any direction you want to go.

I hit up Vent lounge in Bella Vista twice. Great roof top pool place that services drinks and food. Definite date spot or just fun to chill.

Enjoyed one night at Jaragua casino. Always hotties there at the live music venue. They start at $150 USD but drop to $80 in a minute. No gracias.

Got swindled twice on Uber drivers not closing out the trip and continuing on, thinking I wouldn't notice. Most passengers wouldn't unless they had cell service 24/7. Just be mindful.

I finally checked out GBP- That place is SMALL!. Quality was ok. Definitely some cuties. You will have no more trouble finding girls in Santo Domingo than you would have in Sosua. You will have more variety and quality in Santo Domingo. Once the sun is low (beginning about 4 PM) the Conde is similar to Sosua in terms of concentration of willing providers in an open air setting. It is the place where you will need the least amount of Spanish and the least amount of effort to get girls. Just like Sosua.

As for GFE, my opinion is you are less likely to have anything along those lines in Sosua where 90%+ of the women you will meet are focused on getting your money and getting away from you as soon as possible to get somebody else's money. Let us know how you make out.

As a guy who lives in Sosua (Most of the time. Right now I'm back in TO to take care of a little business, family stuff like weddings, and Father's Day) I am almost exclusively fucking semis.

The differences are real and not imagined in the social pecking order.

In Sosua the reality is that semis are typically bar, hotel and retail store staff. They have a regular job and therefore have some social skills, personal hygiene and grooming, can show up on time, and can be trusted around money and food.

That's a big difference from your average strip strolling "pros", right there!

In their jobs with the public, they are constantly being hit upon by tourists and regular visitors. They all want to fuck that new young beautiful bartender or server. store clerk or bank teller. The guys all want to know if she's putting out, or wifed up.

She can basically pick and choose her clients, like that nice, clean old guy, who has a nice local apartment and a little money to spend, or the buff good looking young buck who comes in regularly with his pals. There's an element of familiarity and connection that builds up over a little time.

As OldKool says, that's not something the occasional visitor or weekend warrior has the time or the inclination to develop.

One big falacy here that a lot of guys tell me is that his chica is not a pro, she's a "student". Some say they need a little "help" to start a small business.

The only reason the girls worked there was the occasional chance to go with a customer to the nearby hotel for a an hour or two at 1500 pesos. I would agree with Mr Enternational in calling her a puta but she would be genuinely offended at that job-description and so would her employers.

You could have more than 5% chance if you do some homework one month before, which means DominicanCupid research. Some work that you should not need if you go straight to Sosua.

I also want to check out the bars and clubs and get some dancing in with some local chicas if possible. Maybe do some stuff during the day with them as well. You can only spend so many nights at Classicos in Sosua. I wanted to try something different. Based off your recommendation, I m very hesitant to try SD till I speak Spanish better. Not worth the risk.

SD it's hard to conquer when you don't know the layout. You not going to figure it out on a short vacation. The areas too big. And you're going to need transportation unless you concentrate in an area conveniently located near your hotel and access to chicas. This will limit your concentration of Chicas.

Go back to the Su. If you want a change of pace go to Cabarete or Puerto Plata for a day or two. Both of these places are about 20 minutes from the Su. Both of them offer a different change of pace yet the same rat race. Let the Su be your base.

I don't know how much time you have but, on a short vacation you don't have time for bullshit. SD Takes a better understanding. Dominican Cupid has been successful. Just remember not to put all your eggs in one basket. A lot of guys waste hours of preparation and talking to Chica prior to coming only for the Chica to be a no-show. It's like you spent hours and days conversing on WhatsApp and once you arrive in the country she's nowhere to be found. If you go DC route; You should Schedule 10 chicas a day to meet. Don't feel bad if you don't fit all of them in your schedule. Take the first one that comes on time. Sometimes on short vacation you just don't have time to conquer so big of an area.
