What you are stating is what is SUPPOSED to happen upon arrival but after the first day of delaying tourists in the airports most testing has been thrown out the window and verification of test results brought in by passengers is a joke, I know several people that have flown into SDQ and POP and none of them were tested or asked for proof of a test. Hahaha, you know Fayetteville! I do not know you but why would you wind up fighting at the clubs there? I got to know plenty of women there who would do the deed inside the booth, making me happy and they were always happy with the repeat business. Houston clubs were also very good. This time, I was keen and finally found out a place by the sea where the boats come in, this is in Charamicos, dirt road and all but the fish was fresh. Next time, I would not allow those idiots to clean the fish though. They have stone age tools and do not really know how to clean a fish.
