Santo Domingo has plenty of women but no central place to fine them. If you like casas (I do not) they range in price and quality. Most charge over 100 short term. Hilariously, I ended up unintentionally following this route, almost exactly, but after first hitting a massage girl on El Conde the first day. Here's my trip report, spoiler alert, yes, almost all $6 k all the time for on-premises banging:
