2. Your report had a "swagger" about it, in terms of money that was not missed at least by me. If your thought is to write a report that has information (by the way, there is no new information, practically everything is known except place change or change of price which too happens rather infrequently), using the right tone is helpful. You could have for example stated that "found no useful information about casa teresa in the existing reports" rather than throwing a hyperbole - "no mention of casa teresa". Personally I have never heard of Casa Teresa so I would not have objected to whatever you wrote but there are those that are familiar with SD.

3. I do not see eye to eye with some here but I do not think it is anyone's intention to slam another, especially if the information (not opinion, mind you) is useful and correct.
