I don't like to post here as to all the naysayers I'm due in Santo Domingo Sept 30 thru Oct 11 so I you want to meet up PM me. As to Sosua Hes right Its a monger town but Be careful as most hotels have armed guards at night due to crime. You really need a wing man in this town. I have no problems with not speaking Spanish in Santo Domingo. Spent 7 days in Sosua in June and got laid every day. Quality not as good but beaches better. I also rent a car so I can go to some other places.

Sosua is the place you want to go. There will be scores of guys doing the same thing as you and 100's of girls waiting for you. You do not need much Spanish and almost every women is selling pussy. Santo Domingo for newbies is very challenging. Spanish is almost a requirement. There is no central area for picking up women. Read the Sosua forum to get an understanding of the lay of the land. Sosua the hold town caters to guys looking for chicas. There are also a each and great places to eat all in walking distance. As for weed penalties in the DR are severe. you will need to be cautious should choose to use. Never the less everything is available just be careful
