I have to agree with you. I think my success with nonpros comes because they know that I go there a lot so more than likely I am not going to fuck them and forget them. Most of them have not even traveled in their own country. So when I can tell them about a part of their country that is only 3 hours away but they have only dreamed about going it is pretty impressive. My girl in immigration lives in Santo Domingo and her first time going to Puerto Plata was last year She was really blown away by the place, while in my mind it is a what is the big deal.

Some hooker in Sosua was trying to tell me she lived in the San Ysidro area of Santo Domingo. I figured she was lying so I asked her to tell me about the place. She had no idea that the first thing a person should think of when San Ysidro is mentioned is the air base and the cabanas. Even when you show those broads that you know more than they expected the prices can come down.

If they know it is your first time in the country and you do not know anything about the place or the culture then you are taking a big chance betting on nonpros in the DR. And like I have said before, your first challenge is getting them to even show up.

I still think you should roll solo and keep all options open being it's your first DR trip. Wifing up straight off the airplane is not a good idea for a first timer.

OK, has anyone been to the Renaissance Jaragua lately? I've read conflicting reports about it being chica friendly in this thread. If I could get an update, it would be appreciated.

Out of the following hotels, which one (s) would you recommend? Which have been your favorite? What is the closest to the action aka nightlife, beach etc. Not just pros. Thanks fellas!

Jaragua, Catalonia, BQ Hotel, Casa Conde / Savoy, Napolitano & JW Marriott.

Jaragua hotel charges the same for a single or double room so the smart move is to rent a double. Your girl can arrive later than you and you can register her as a guest withouth paying additional cash. You can't bring multiple girls, that means the hotel is not guest friendly.

BQ (my favorite) and Napolitano are 100% guest friendly. You can bring as many guests as you want and they do not charge extra cash for that. BQ is my favorite because the room was nice and clean, the air conditioner was ice cold which is a must for me, the buffet breakfast should be one of the best of the city and her guest friendly police. You don't have go down to the lobby to pick the girl or girls if you do not want, they just ask the girl for an ID, call you to approve her visit and she goes up to your room. The hotel is in a nice and less noisy area of the city. There are street girls along the Sarasota Avenue where the hotel is located.

Somebody recently posted about JW, read just a couple of pages back for an answer.

I love your excitement dude, we have all been there preparing for our first trip to the DR. It can be overwhelming and seem unreal. We have given you a great plan but you won't listen, none of us did LOL.

You have probably already given up any advantages you had and the girls are probably licking their chops thinking they have a new gringo that likes to spend money, Jackpot. I'm sure you have told them it's your first time to the DR and asked the typical newbie curious questions. You are probably going to go triple over-budget and the girls will make sure you do. You have already let them put in their bids and lock down your arrival and times, and you have yet to meet them. You are a Brazil vet so you think the DR is easy for newbies. Again, throw all this pre-planning and planned meetings out the window and play it slow. You can always fall back to the first plans later. Go to Boca Chica, not to "Check it out" but to use it as a break in place to gather your DR awareness. After two days in Boca chica you will know if you should go to La Capital, check out Sosua, or head back home. Boca Chica is entry level with a few pop quizzes, so pay attention when there. Boca chica will kick you back go kindergarten, move you to second grade or tell you to stay home and try again next year.

Also the money flows fast in the DR even when you are paying attention so lose the all-in spending attitude before you mistake a few blue 2000 notes for 500 notes. I always have a couple thousand pesos disappear every Trip but I guess it's just the DR fairy or my spending is too relaxed. Heads up.

The girls via the Internet can't be trusted based on a pretty picture, this takes time. You are going to get stuck upon arrival with a girl that is going to be sweet for 5 minutes then start the RFM (Requests for money) this is the SAT test for you.
