Santo Domingo has a few casas which are easy. Casa Theresa is still open. Very easy. Any girl for $100.

Why I chose the Dominican Republic? Because even though the pros give service that is of lesser quality than that of pros from other Latin American countries I have found that the women you meet in the streets, restaurants, malls, etc. Are the friendliest in Latin America.
