Are you home walking into a mall and getting chicks to follow you home for free or for money? If not, then do not expect it anywhere else. Of course you can meet chicks and exchange numbers in hopes of getting to know each other or whatever. But nobody is following you back to your hotel to fuck. Get those fantasies out of your head.

It used to be pretty easy to pick up a chica on El Conde. Not as many girls had phiones back then, so there were different logistics to take into account. I assumed the girls were the same, but the location had changed. I guess times have changed (as they always will).

That being said, I have left my WhatsApp on a card with the check after a nice meal a few times, and about 15% of the time, I get a call from a waitress. I don't ask them to come to my place to fuck, but rather to go out for a drink. That approach wouldn't work well in the USA either, but it does in the DR (correct me if I am wrong! There are lots of similarities between the DR and home, but it is still 10,000 times easier to meet a non-pro girl for sexual congress in the DR than NYC, LA or Chicago.

    Best Malls for Day Game

Best place to run day game in my opinion is Mega Centro. I personally know people that like Agora. Sambil. Worst place is Blue Mall. Bela Vista is not great either.

All of them have a food court, coffee shop, bar that serves drinks. We are talking regular pick up mode. You have game, language skills, dress nice.

Use the search function brother. People have written about Agora and Mega Centro in the forums. Remember to filter out the attitudes of the experienced people that spend more time expressing their opinion than providing useable intelligence for when you have "boots on the ground". Some seem to constantly visit the Dominican Republic, but seem to only have negative things to say about it.

I speak Spanish fluently, but with a distinct gringo accent. Times have changed, and while El Conde is not exactly a high class place (the only thing different about El Conde in the last 10 years is more fast food places), there are not too many chicas there of quality who are window shopping.

Is there a shopping plaza in Sto Domingo where I might pick up a chica who is window shopping but might consider a fling with a generous benefactor? The only mall I know is Galleria 360, but I have yet to have success there. Maybe I need to put more effort and time into my search.

    Any suggestions would be welcome.

Day 0: No action, but pushing forward

Preface: First time flyer, first time flying international, no Spanish.

My goal was to land, get a SIM card, get 10,000 pesos, Uber to Airbnb, and call someone over. Here's how it ended up.

Started off having to drive 2 hours to my connecting flight so I don't miss it. Only to find out that flight got delayed in the end too and probably could have made it. Up to me landing in Santo Domingo, I was hitting 24 hours of no sleep and mentally drained from all the checks, clearances, and started getting hungry. 2 am - 12:32 pm.

Came out the terminal and spotted the Claro station. It was at this point that it dawned on me that I couldn't find my wallet. This one really got my survival instincts and blood pumping. The last time I remember seeing it was when I emptied my pockets going through metal detectors in the United States. I had $50 dollars in various bills for tipping purposes on me so for the sim with that.

Met this kid working at the phone place next to claro. He went above and beyond to help me and was the sole reason that I got out that place and reached my Airbnb. He studies English and was better than anyone I met so far in that place. Blew my mind that he was working customer service. Anyways, this was about 4 hours of brainstorming / and figuring out way to get cash from my phone since the main bank was closed on Sunday. Lucky me.

Thanks to his wifi access I was able to get a Uber after the 4th attempt using my main phone because I still had my card info connected to Uber. The idea was that I'll get to the high speed internet at my Airbnb, buy food with Uber eats, come back tomorrow to transfer money to a new bank account here so I can wire money through. Then comes the best part.

It's now around 5:30 pm. I reach my Airbnb. After some extensive use of my translator app. The clerk was able to lead me to my room and help me with anything I need. I ordered some food and was ready to take a shower and sleep. Started unpacking everything then ABRA FUCKING CADABRA my wallet ends up appearing in a random pouch compartment that I no memory or knowledge putting it in. (at the terminal, couldn't figure out why I had only my ID in my pocket when I took it out my wallet before the security check).

    DR. Mermaids

Anyone ever try this resort? I've been thinking of taking a vacation sometime in fall and stumbled upon them.

Oh by the way, a quick Hello, to everyone.

OK, Trip, Subcommander and the legendary Mr. E, I'm glad you guys are still kickin it in the Land of Giant Boobs. I have settled in nicely in Negros Oriental, Philippines where my 21 year old busty Filipina teacher student is living with me. Now if I can only get her to do blowjobs like those DR girls do so expertly. Cheers.

This microwave does not work. This shower leaks. This AC does not blow cold. And when I come back things are in the exact same condition.

I have told owners in other countries This place could use more towels. Brand new department store towels bought and delivered later that day. This internet is too slow. The people will not be able to come install new internet until Friday. Stayed in the same place the next month and there was new lightening speed internet. This microwave is not working. Brand new microwave arrived the next day. The water pressure in this shower is too low. Sent someone out to check it out and even talked about changing the shower head, but realized that pressure was par for the building.

If you are staying at big chain hotels like Marriott's Jaragua, then you know to expect comfort. If you are staying at mom and pop places then be ready for shit like not hot water, towels that should have been thrown out 5 years ago. Etc.
To keep it a stack you have to be extremely careful satying in a Mom and Pop Hotel in Africa for the reasons you stated. DR hotels that's used for weekend warrior fuck fests are extremely hit and miss, There's some Ok semi boutique gems in Zona Colonial but not many and most would rather you not bring in a slew of streetwalkers from El Conde.

If you want to stay in an affordable Hotel in Zona Colonial you might do better to bring randoms to a cabana of your choice and Some Cabanas will let you stay all night if you ask.

    Just more options.

    Hope this Helps.

The value is in long stays

When I go on vacation I want to feel like tourist. I want to dine out. I don't want to go into a kitchen and cook. If I wanted to that I could have stayed home.

Certain Airbnb owners discriminate. I have had more than one listing showing available then have my booking denied and the time blocked out. I think I know why that occurred. So I booked for the next open time and my booking was denied again I got the message. So from that point one I have been like fuck Airbnb!

But if you can get the booking you like, then I love it. I agree with all the Trip the wrote in his post about Airbnb. And I appreciate balanced reporting over cheerleading.
If I were a weekend warrior I'd pick a hotel too, But I stay for months, Hotels other than 3 stars and up seem antiseptic to me and I'd want to bring a girl with a certain amount of class to a rug joint.

I never experienced the dreaded are word in the DR so I can't comment on that but the value in Airbnb is in long stays as a former superhost myself It's hard to keep and wash linen and towels so if you plan to stay for a multi month stay you'll buy your own towels and linen.

I deal with a lot of non pros and semi pros and there's something about seeing a chick turn her first trick or first gringo leaving the room in a nice soft towel in trimuph on the way to the bathroom to shower up.

I'm a big proponent of the Big Butt delivery service / snappy nappy rappi and saw the sly smile as a girl (meaning an adult) goes into the room with the ecouragement of her friend / procurer and emerge as a woman. A Nice big towel helps as even though eveyone knows what happened in the room most chicas who are virgins to bartered for Box don't want the girl who brought them to see them naked so the short cheap towels that all Airbnb hosts use just won't do.

The robes at a 3 star and up Hotel do the same trick and one other thing that is both good and bad is sometimes the deliverer hangs out at the bar which can be good but if a chick is inexperienced for just is nervous about fucking her first gringo alone the experienced chick can walk her through how to do an excellent blow job.

    Hope this Helps.

    Trip.
