    SDQ observations

One afternoon a chica I know invited me to UASD, a large University located about 2-3 blocks behind the Hilton Hotel. I drove my car into the complex and was given a plastic laminated card that they give to all incoming motorists as way to deter car thieves, I returned the plastic card to the guy at the gate when I exited the University. I parked my car on the side of the road inside the University complex.

I was told most students have to take a physical education course. Some students choose tennis and I watched several students playing tennis. There appear to be no locker rooms close by, so the changing into the tennis clothes is done court side.

They have a baseball field, a soccer field and some basketball courts. If you want to play basketball, I am sure you could probably join into one of the impromptu games that were going on. If you know a student who plays tennis I am sure you could play tennis there. I saw chicas on the soccer field.

I saw some cute chicas walking around and I got some looks. UASD seems to be a nice refuge for some of these students, a place where they can relax by sitting under a tree in the grass.

There is a stadium there and there is small store to buy drinks and snacks where the small stadium is located, I believe 10 pesos for a small bottle of water and 30 pesos for a small bottle of coca-cola.

As I was walking around UASD, I thought to myself, if I was a professor there, the fun I could have.

UTESA and APEC are two other more expensive universities on Maximo Gomez, they appear to be much smaller in size than UASD. I thought to myself after I was stopped by the Policia Nacional on Maximo Gomez, that maybe the Policia Nacional have a special mandate to protect the area around those two more expensive universities. Maybe some politicians' daughters go to school there and they want their daughters protected, I don't know for sure, but could be a possibility. I can remember seeing a chain email in hotmail from some Dominican chica. That email had the photo of some white Italian guy in a car and the email said beware of that guy as supposedly he had kidnapped several Dominican chicas. I don't look like the Italian guy, but that email was going through my mind when I was stopped by one policia nacional, after I asked directions from one person on Maximo Gomez.

That is some report, spreadsheet and all (see post #2787). You a mess.............

So what's in it for the chicas in your spreadsheet? My guess they are playing the numbers game also. Their victory is to play the numbers and find a few WU novios. I am positive they don't expect to run into a Helpman. LOL

It has always been said speaking Spanish is a big plus. For the most part it takes quite a bit of time to master the language unless you are highly motivated. I do know if you learn just enough spanish to get your point across and can read simple sentences it helps a lot. The chicas and Dominicans as a whole are more receptive when they see you are at least making an effort to learn their language. Trust me, it helps.

For the non-Spanish speaking guys, like myself, I found that most chicas are glad to introduce you to one of their friends. The chicas would rather you keep your cash in her little network. I had one chica bring her friend to my hotel. The friend wanted $RD1500 and the chica who brought her wanted no more than to sit in the chair and watch. Brothers, these chicas just as freaky as you and I. LOL

    Policia Nacional

A Dominican friend told me next week is Semana Santa (Easter) and that could be a reason why the Policia Nacional were ultra aggressive in making stops last week, that they could be looking for extra money for Easter. I don't know, it is plausible. I have read that around Christmas time the Policia Nacional are ultra aggressive trying to make extra money.

I saw some attractive female AMET officers, sometimes I try to flirt with them when I drive by, lol.

I have never seen a female Policia Nacional.

    Classic.

Good to have a bunch of chicas lined up. Some of these chicas are great actresses and will promise everything while you chat with them online and then when you meet them in person, some act like monjas (sisters from the monastery). In MSN messenger, I right click over their msn name and then click edit, on the box that opens I click notes, that is where I put their phone number when they give it to me, along with sti or sdq or pop, depending what city where they live, along with their age and sometimes a few descriptors (cute, big tits etc). It can be difficult to keep track of who is who in msn messenger if you have a lot of contacts. I usually copy and paste their name, phone number, city abbreviation and descriptors into the subject line of email that I send to myself using yahoo email. Using the old yahoo email, I can copy the subject lines of 25 emails at one time and then paste it into a word document. With the word document listing all the names, phone numbers, city abbreviations, descriptors, I can click FIND in microsoft word, enter 4 numbers of a cell number, (when I receive a call from some unknown person) and I can see if that person is in my list.

I bought a 10.1 inch netbook for my last trip. An Acer Aspire for 300 dollars, has a built in webcam. 6-7 hour battery life. Nice thing about Acer laptops is that they come with a program called My Win Locker, which allows you to create a hidden password protected partition of any size you choose, on the laptop's hard drive. In that hidden password protected partition, I keep my list of chicas (I also have the list in my yahoo email, in case I ever lose my laptop or the laptop dies). I also keep the photos in that hidden partition, some Dominican chicas are like spies and if given the chance they will search your laptop for photos of other chicas, best to keep the photos hidden from them.

Only problem using the small netbook laptop was viewing boricua online's Santo Domingo map, with a slow internet connection it took a while for the map to load and then it was really small on the screen, while using google chrome. There must be some way I can get the toolbars and the borders to disappear in google chrome so that Boricua online's map will appear bigger on the small netbook screen.

I would have gotten off las americas highway on my way back from San Pedro de Marcoris to find that place. A guy I know who works at sky house on pasteur asked me if I had been to Ejecutivo. It is located on the service road for las americas near avenida charles de gaul.

Photo of a new chica casa that will open on Avenida Pasteur, it is located between girl's house and sky house. It is called something like Latin Dolls.

I stopped in bar 305 one night around 3:30am, the new place across from Villas Hernanos restaurant on avenida independencia. They have parking spaces for cars, you walk in and there is a big empty room, to the left, is a well stocked bar. I saw a youngish bald headed latino guy behind the bar and a 65 year old guy behind the bar. The cashier chica was cute. The female bartender not so cute. One thick chica sat next to me at the bar, nothing great. At first I didn't see any other chicas. Then some other guys walked in and about 4 chicas came out, all wearing black dresses. I didn't see anything to write home about, I really didn't study them hard, it was late.

How to Meet Dominicanas Online and Effectively Screen Them for Sex

For those who are proficient, fluent, or bilingual in Spanish, meeting women in the Dominican Republic, becomes a numbers game. One of the most efficient ways to meet a lot of Dominicanas is on social networking websites like Hi-5, Badoo, Orcut, Facebook, and MySpace. I prefer Hi-5, because I believe it has more Dominicana members than all existing social networking sites. Nevertheless, technology changes and one has to change with the times. Today Hi-5, but tomorrow Facebook, who knows. What you want is an opportunity to play the numbers, with the greatest amount of available Dominicanas.

The more "e-vites" you send out the more women you have in your "e-network." The more women you have in your "e-network" the more women you're chatting with on MSN Messenger. The more women you are chatting with on your MSN Messenger, the more women you are meeting in the Dominican Republic. The more women you are meeting in the Dominican Republic the more women you are fucking.

There will be those that recommend the use of sites like Dominican Cupid or Latin Cupid; however, I equate those sites to AdultFriendFinder or better yet, a trip to Sosua or Boca Chica. I like Boca Chica and I like Sosua, but if you are in either town 1) you are not playing the numbers and; 2) you are meeting a greater percentage of hookers and tigueres, much like the women you will meet on Dominican Cupid or Latin Cupid.

I have been chatting and meeting Dominicanas on social networking sites since 2004. I have met hookers, students, accountants, clerks, and a couple of Ms. Dominican Republic pageant contestants (before they were contestants). Nevertheless, at the end of the day it's about playing the numbers. Building a large network, then screening that network on the traits that you desire.

    CREATING YOUR PROFILE:
    1. Create a Hotmail account (i.e. tacogrande@hot****.com) to use on MSN Messenger and Hi-5
    2. Create a Hi-5 account using your new Hotmail address
    3. Activate your account
    3. Personalize your Hi-5 account (first name, profile photo, country, DR trip photos)

    SEARCHING FOR CHICAS:
    1. Search by Country, City, Gender, Age (i.e. 22 - 28), profile photo (highly recommend that one search in the city that one will be staying in)
    2. Browse through the 5,000+ profiles (to effectively screen these women follow the tips below)

Tips: a) Try to add 30-50 women a day over the course of a 1 - 2 weeks (you have to play the numbers)
    b) Only add women who have a few photos of themselves (no time for fuglies)
    c) Only add women who you find physically attractive (you have no time for just "ok")
    d) Avoid adding women who have more than 500+ friends (they're too slick)
    e) Avoid adding women who have less than 100 friends (they're too slow)
    f) Avoid adding women who have foreign male friends (they're hookers)
    g) Do not add lesbians (they're a waste of time)
    h) Do not add women who are married are committed

    CHATTING WITH CHICAS
    1. Those women that accept your invitation should be contacted via PM
    2. To save time, the PMs should be more like form letters [name of chica] [intro/pick-up/small talk line] [your email address for MSN Messenger chat]
    3. Those women that accept your invitation to chat on MSN Messenger should be contacted via MSN Messenger

Tips: a) Don't spend more than 5-10 minutes a day chatting with the same chica
    b) Know when you will be in DR before you start chatting with a chica (preferably in less than 6-weeks)
    c) Don't spend more than 6-weeks chatting a chica (you don't want a penpal for 6-months, you want a girl that you can bang in the next 2 - 6 weeks from first contact)
    c) Be charming
    e) Try to be sincere
    f) A week before the trip, let her know of your possible romantic interests
    g) Use the time to chat and see if there's a connection
    h) Try to feel out how adventurous she is (nude photos or video)

    MEETING THE CHICAS
    1. Hopefully, before you arrive you should have 3-4 solid leads. If so, it should be no surprise to her that you don't have time to play games and that you're ready to be her boyfriend and spend the week together making love.
    2. Have your #1 pick meet you at the airport and from there, leave for your hotel.
    3. Upon arrival, while she's still off balance, go for the kiss and then the blowjob. If you feel that you can get more, than do so. If not, cum in her mouth, wash-up, then get drinks and dinner.
    4. Now that you're thinking clearer and have some food in your stomach, you can now decide whether or not you want to spend more time with this girl.
    5. If you're with your #1 pick and she could satisfy you with her mouth, then she should be a keeper. If she couldn't get the job done, then drive her home and call #2.

    TIPS:
    1. All online chicas should come to you. That's the most reliable screening process for getting laid in this country. I don't care how hot she is online. Any girl that won't meet you on your terms (whether that's meeting you at the airport, bus station, your hotel, or a cafe near your hotel) is usually full of shit! Within the first hour of meeting you, she should be on her knees blowing you. (Tigres find the best place to rest and observe and let the gazelles come to them)

    2. You're facing an uphill battle to get a girl to come visit you in Boca Chica or Sosua; however, if you can, the girl knows exactly what's up!

Also Eagle Sports bar on San Isidro just off of ave charles de gaul has attractive scantily clad waitresses, some that might be available for p4p, if the price is right.

    1. Why are you giving a Dominican police officer your drivers license? The only thing a Dominican police officer will ever handle of mine is a photocopy of my International drivers license.
    2. Why are you asking a Dominican police officer how much? You're just inviting him to ask for something outrageous.
    3. Why are you having a conversation with a Dominican police officer? These guys don't speak English!! Why help him hustle you by speaking Spanish?

What the hell is going on in Santo Domingo?!?!? I drive in Santo Domingo almost every night I'm on the South Coast and although I have been pulled over a few times, I have never ever given into bribes and I have never paid a fine.

If you use taxis in the Dominican Republic, you will probably have to have a Dominican cell phone, so that you can call for the taxi to come and pick you up if you are at a particular place. There will be a waiting time, for the taxi to arrive.

    .
I have a DR cellphone with Apollo taxi # on it. Apollo has dozens of taxi units at any time so waiting time is almost always less than five minutes. You can ask for a "confortable" which is a unit with a/c to avoid the use of a non a/c unit. Always ask for price when you call , an intercity ride should cost 150 pesos. See this modern taxi on picture.

I haven't been stopped by AMET yet. I drove by an AMET officer in Sosua and he motioned for me to put on my seatbelt, which I then did.

In La Romana, I mostly drove around at night and never saw a Policia Nacional. Driving into La Romana one night from Bayahibe the drug police had a road block set up near the La Romana Airport, they were stopping and searching all cars, I stopped and they searched my car, they were pleasant, so I have no problems with them.

The article you posted, the guy is right, there is no legitimate law enforcement reason to be harassing people driving new cars that have all the proper paperwork and they let shit boxes stroll by. Emission controls on vehicles in Dom Rep would be a welcome sight. Some of those vehicles spew the foulest smoke. I am always appreciative when I drive here near where I live that the air is clean.

    (quote from DT)
    What is AMET'S Purpose????
I like this country...really I do. But there is one aspect that drives me absolutely crazy and that is our men and women in green.....AMET.

Seems that they can only enforce one law at a time. One day it's motorcycle helmets...the next day stickers in the window...the next day...who knows what! Seems that you can get a ticket for no helmet on Monday and drive by an AMET officer on Tuesday...sans helmet...without even getting noticed by the same officer.

They turn a blind eye to the 10's of thousands of motorcycles driving without lights, driving through red lights, taxis with no doors and flapping sheet metal, squeegy kids and the likes pestering litereally all who are forced to stop....yet on any given day while driving through La Romana...iIget stopped and checked for papers....literally EVERYDAY...same spot....same cops....same BS. On Saturday....3 times at the same intersection!!! Why stop the car that obviosly has insurance...ownership and a drivers licence....all the while letting garbage roll down the road, held together by wire and string????

Want to save lives???? They won't by doing what they are doing!!!

    What AMET refuses to see......

    Overloaded vehicles....cars, trucks and motos
    Bad tires
    Insecure loads
No lights...front or back ( does not matter if driving in the day or night)
    redlight running
    Helmets

If the idea is to provide a controled and safe driving environment is the mandate of AMET...they are way off target. Harrassing newer cars and trucks at the intersection is not the way to do it...yet that seems to be the focus...at least in La Romana.

Until AMET takes steps to rid the road of unsafe vehicles and drivers, I have no support to offer them and feel that if the government would like to save a few dollars on wastage....simply eliminate AMET...as they do next to nothing to improve traffic flow and road safety.

If you do decide to rent a car at las americas airport, sdq

There are rental counters inside the airport, just after you go through customs with your luggage. Depending on what time your flight lands, the counters inside the airport may or may not be open. If you arrive at an odd hour, either very late at night or very early in the morning, the car rental companies have additional counters inside of a building that sits in front of a parking lot outside the airport. When you exit the airport, cross the street and go towards your right to find that building. That building is also where you will return the car to and do the final paperwork when returning the car. Alamo is open 24 hours at the sdq airport and when I arrive at 5am in the morning I do the paperwork to receive the car at that outside building.
