I can confirm this. I booked a room at Cascadas (the one above HK) last night. I booked a 2 bedroom. When I got there, they said they over booked and ran out. They offered me a Jaccuzi room at a discount for $56. I decided to accept the offer. Mainly because I wanted a room away from the stairs and traffic.

Their policies have improved, it is still a $10 deposit for the room key. They don't charge you when you take a girl up there. I took one up from HK and one SG. The clerk at the front desk didn't say a thing. Didn't get no knock on my door either.

Yup, I can verify this now too. No per girl charges. I don't see the $10 key deposit as a bad thing. It means that if you burn all your cash you can at least get enough back on checkout to catch a taxi back to the border

If you make a room reservation thru internet, you can bring as many girls without paying additional fee. But they will give you a room near the entrance (very noisy) and remodeled room. All you have to do is telling them reservation when you bring a girl. But if you get a room directly over there, only 1 girl (single bed) or 2 girl (double bed) allowed with out paying extra. Period.

So, that explains why I got a horribly noisy room when I booked through the internet, but I got a nice quiet room the next time when I just walked in without a reservation.

We stayed in a two bed room, which cost us $47. I did ask if I can bring girls from club and they said first for both of us is free. I don't know whether you can bring the SG to the hotel or not. I don't speak Spanish and they barely spoke English so negotiating wasn't an option for me.

You can bring any 1 girl without paying extra. Also usually 30 min maximum. After 30 min, they will knock your door and ask additional fee.

Went down today because last time I was there, I purchased my VIP card but didn't get to use the $25 drink coupon. I got inside and used my VIP card for my free drink. Then used the $25 card. You do have to use it all at once so what I did was get a bucket full of 6 waters. Got some weird looks from the maseros looking in the bucket when they saw water but whatever. I chilled for a bit and watched some chicks dance. My favorite girl was there so I decided to take her up to VIP. My new masero friend Xavier hooked up a deal where I could buy 6 fichas ($42) and he led me up the VIP room with my favorite girl. Ill tell you what. It was the best $42 bucks I ever spent at the club. The VIP rooms are pretty nice and comfy inside. I was in the one right above the main shower on the 2nd floor overlooking the club out towards the entrance. Its super private too. You have to walk past a guy and then down and around to get in it. So basically nobody could sneak up on you per say because you would see them coming. Xavier only came up one time to check on us and it must have been close to an hour. Usually VIP is 10 drinks ($70) and you get to hang with the chick until the drinks are finished. Had a great time talking, getting lap dances etc. Its basically a one hour free for all with the chick of your choice. I don't bone chicks down in Tijuana and for whatever reason, if you are in the same boat, the VIP room is your best bet. Hung out for awhile and then left. If I can get that deal during the day, I will always go VIP from now on. Well worth it.

So if I pay $85 for a master suite, I can take one girl up, then after that I need to pay AGAIN by the hour for the room I have already paid all night for? Ridiculous. Does this apply just to girls from HK, or any girls? Sorry to keep bothering you about this, but I hate to be shafted. Would rather do the shafting myself.

Anyway, if this is truly the case, then I won't bother staying there, as it would be cheaper to just pay as you go, so to speak.
