AFAIK the propina rains were not HK's money. The DJ is always pleading, "Tip the ladies, tip the ladies."

I was sitting on the balcony with a few ISG bros who exchanged for 4 bricks of $1. I don't think I have ever tipped a girl a dollar. A quick feel really does nothing for me, so I don't see much value in it. Furthermore, as Koolbeans mentions, it's usually the older, less attractive ones, or the nasty fake one's begging for dollars.
