So what happened to derail the relationship if you want to share? Also sent you a PM. Meeting these regulars in Tijuana made me realize how many women are out there in the world or mostly Latin America that must be attracted to my type and apparently one drunk dude in HK haha. They mention it is hard not to love someone like me and maybe that is where the ending of my long marriage was to seek some sort of validation. Yeah I know, wrong place to seek anything significant. If anything results from this, then like other members mentioned we are in a different social status and easy to move onto the next.

Sometimes when I get upset due to my own insecurities, I have a bad case of diarrhea mouth and want to spew a bunch of nasty shit like saying "we spend as much eating a good steak dinner as we do with ladies in the Zona", but thank goodness I was able to keep emotions in check. You know Spanish so it must be much easier for you to decipher or detect BS faster than I would. When I'm out with her friends or cousins, they will be laughing and I'm the gringo just sitting watching them with no clue. She does try to explain the joke in English, but it gets lost in translation. Either way more adventures tonight and see where it takes me.

You'll pick up the Spanish pretty quickly living with someone that speaks it if you're earnest about learning it. It's going to be immersive. Do your best to not listen to anything in English while together.

Sounds like you've got a good thing going. The big tell if it's real will be when she graduates and actively starts perusing a job in her field of study. Until then, your suspicions are completely warranted. You probably won't know any of this until after your New Years trip. Enjoy the honeymoon phase.

As for the Adobada, it probably has more to do with the cost of commodity pork going up, and them trying to fill up the trompo by not trimming as much fat off the meat as they normally would. It's a shame, because those tacos were solid and you could not ask for a more convenient spot.

Its a good thing you have your suspicions, any sane monger would but it sounds like you both are in the honeymoon period. Its hard to keep up an act for this long and from the several posts about her I would bet money she has genuine feelings for you. To what degree idk, at the end of the day she's still a bar girl so there's that too. In my experience the girl I went out with at the beginning it was purely transactional. As it progressed and got more intimate I got more girlfriend type of things from her. You know holding hands, kissing without you engaging first. Those small things are hard to keep faking. In some ways I think that the reason I don't like to spend a lot of time in the Zona or Tijuana for that matter is just everything is memories for me. It's not that I miss my ex it's just weird to be alone and going out.

You and her are moving pretty fast and with the holidays coming up it will probably help to developing feelings for each other quicker. Mexico is very fun the time leading up till Christmas and if your living there you will see a better feeling for Christmas and what it really means compared to what you are use to in the US. It's great that you will have someone to spend this time with since you are coming off a long marriage.

We have a trip to Paris over NYE. Already went to Plaza Rio to buy her winter boots since she mentioned it could be snowing. I despise the cold. I understand what you are talking about with being in the Zona. I didn't step foot into Tropical or Chicago as I have regulars that still text me about my whereabouts. She plans to spend Christmas in Sinaloa and bring back winter clothes for the trip. We fly to CDMX to catch the international flight, but have to get Covid tests before entering into the EU. I wish they were like Mexico where you just check in and fly. I would be interested in reading your stories and red flags you witnessed or maybe it would be too difficult to relive the memories. I must be uglier than I think since I've been going to the Zona for about 25 years I have yet for some guy to talk to me looking for a date or even flirting with me. The closest I've come are buddies that want to double up on a girl. I do feel very comfortable with gay people, I use to like gong to Mikes disco with chicas and got dragged to a male strip club in Acapulco once.

As far as the drunk part goes I get drunk pretty much every time and never had any problems. I guess I'm doing something wrong. LOL.

It's good to be back! God I missed Tijuana. Arrived at about 6 pm today in the zona. Started at HK because I wanted to see the girls.

I was bored at my Airbnb in Las Palmas and decided to checkout the Zona and get tacos. I got into Chavelas since a line was backed up at HK. Guess a bunch of newbies that don't know the clubs are connected. I got into the club around 10 pm and noticed a lot of cute spinners. Being with a regular kind of fucked up my monger mind for some reason. Could it be that she actually made me loyal or cast some Latina spell? I went into the club and prefer the music in Miami club, but no dancers so just grab a michelada and watch the sports on tv. I noticed in the main club an abundance of cute spinners that I prefer, but just wasn't feeling it. I just sat and enjoyed the ambiance of the club. Random chicas stopped by to rub my shoulders and traps asking if I wanted company and I just told them I'm looking around. I go get change so I can tip some dancers. I enjoy the weekday visits as it isn't a big sausage fest and better m to f ratio. I noticed not many chicas were getting drinks or being taken arriba. Not sure if the monger bros were tapped out or just doing the same as me and watching the action. I noticed American couples that come into the club and make it rain and then promptly leave. Not sure why they just shower the dancers with money for an hour and then leave, but maybe it is foreplay for them.

I get tired and head to the taco stand by the corner and it seems like new owners as the adobada used to be excellent, but these tacos were fatty and disgusting. Also noticed a bunch of homeless people were occupying the area..

I don't understand how guys from USA can go to that taco stand, and actually eat their tacos on that corner. Take it back to the room? OK less dangerous. But hanging around there? If I get food it's from a quieter stand so I stand some sort of chance. Just in case anyone is unaware. KB this girls got you good LOL. Only time I went to HK and didn't smash any girls was when I was seeing one outside the club and like an idiot was starting to fall in love a bit, thankfully my rational mind took over sooner than later.

Yeah, she has got me good. I see the booths where she would ride me cowgirl in the club or where we shared a fruit bowl while DFK. Not sure if I could replicate with another, but was totally oblivious as I kept thinking she must be like this with everyone.
