There are dozen's of bars in that one block, and many of them play nothing but Spanish music. HK is Gringo DizzyLand, so if you want to get closer to the culture, go elsewhere.

If you are consistently being quoted cien dolares and the girl is not coming down on price after a counter-offer, it simply means that the girl (s) generally doesn't view you as having anything of value but money and don't see you as a human being, but as a quick mark to feast on. The only exception to this would be if the girl is brand-new to the game and doesn't know any better.

The only solution to this is to display more attractive qualities to make her want to come down in price to have sex with you. Dress better, be more friendly, flirt in Spanish, be willing to walk away, etc. In other words, stand out from the dozens of other guys that, in her eyes, look and behave exactly like you. Last week I was watching this chica do a great dance on top of a bar when this dude comes of nowhere and takes her upstairs after commenting to me how hot she was. No drinks. No chit chat.
