This will be my first time spending the night in Tijuana and I'm wondering if you are allowed to bring street girls up to Cascadas? If so, do they charge extra or what might be some other stipulations?

Yes you can bring any SGs to your room at no extra charge. The ones not working right in front of Cascadas may be a little reluctant to travel. But if its a slow night most will be willing. Just make sure she has an ID if its not one who reguiarly uses that hotel they will want to see her ID.

Yes from Guadalajara, and yes on the fake boobs, not sure about the tattoos. I don't remember but her English is very good! And she always has those cat ears on.

I just walk right by the desk and head for the room. They don't really track anything because there is no limit. They have a security guy standing around now. Sometimes he will ask for your room number or the girls ID but that's about it.

Just make your reservation online. After a while they will send you a confirmation. Something new, they do accept credit cards now. But you do not need a card for your reservation. I never use a card down there always pay cash.

I just came back from a recent trip. I used a credit card and the charge shows up as Cascadas Hotel. So if you are concern about privacy, don't use your credit card. I also just walk by the desk and security. Most of the time they don't say a thing or ask to see my bracelet. I think they recognize me because I walk by about 14 times per day. If they see a girl they don't recognize they will ask her to show her health card.

I'm not 100% certain regarding the details but the chicas must work something like two weeks, 6 days a week in order for HK to pay for the flights back to their hometowns. The other chicas are not under any sort of contract. Being a bailarina means absolutely nothing. There is no "bailarina" status. Chicas volunteer to dance on stage for tips. They do NOT get paid any money by HK. You can tell that the OP's claim of an additional $100/ wk paid to them a week is false. That's because HK payouts, like fichas, are in pesos, not USD. And you know that $100 pesos a week makes no sense. The only chicas that are paid by HK are the ones that do special shows on the main stage. I'm not sure if the regular foam show girls get paid or not so I'll withhold comment.

And every chica must work 5 days a week, 8 hour weekdays and 9 hour weekends. Otherwise they get fined when they return to work. There are some exceptions of course for chicas that are favored by management (Adrian AKA Coco, Augustine and the other guy who tries to trick all the new recruits into fucking him whose name slips me right now.) And what's laughable is that the OP claims that there are "girls that are come and go (those that live elsewhere and work once a week every few months). " So a girl flies to Tijuana from Chiapas, and only works one day a week? If a girl is coming to Tijuana to work and make money, she is going to work more than one day a week.

My old girlfriend from Tropical (same dueno as HK) had 2 choices for work. They would pay round trip flight for her to go home to Sinaloa once a month but she had to sign a contract to work 6 days a week indefinitely. Other option was to work when she pleased. No 5 day a week requirement. She sold the hell out of fichas so they were just happy when she showed up.

You are probably right. I don't know what's true or what's not, I'm sure there's a little bit of truth. For example, I asked another girl I took up last night if they had a ficha quota, and she said 100. And the reason I feel the ones that "come and go", for example I know of one who is from Sonora and flies in for 4 days every 2-3 months, she has no minimum hours and can come and go as she pleases and she has no quota. So she doesn't have to work 8 hour days since she still goes to school.

This other girl from Ensenada sometimes comes into work 2 times a week and on some days only worked 4 hours before she decides to go home. She told me that they did have a quota but it's not enforced if they like you and so she said she management likes her and lets her get by with a pass. And her friend who is also from Ensenada also only works 2 times a week because she is very busy with school.

There are contract girls working, the ones you see on the nude stages. Those are the ones you see working 8 hour shifts for 5 days a week. Girls like Yselle for example is always there dancing on stage pretty much Sunday-Thurs. The ones that don't dance on stage are hit or miss, they may or may not be there the next time you visit.

But again, I'm just a new monger in Tijuana and just relaying what I've learned. This might all be BS but in the end, none of this affects us in any way so it's not like I am going to be buying more fichas to help a girl meet her quota. I'm cheap as fuck and only want to go arriba. HAHA.
