As HK is adding a new hotel addition, this tells me that they must have a high demand for rooms. High demand means higher prices for a limited supply of rooms, but once the new hotel addition is built, then possibly the room prices will go lower to get them filled. We will find out in two weeks or so when the new additional hotel rooms become available.
