I agree with you Dodgers regarding the Trolley. After my last trip on the trolley 2 weeks ago, I will never ride it again. There were two young looking dudes going from car to car harassing people. They were challenging riders to fighting them, making fun of riders' looks, pushing people, etc. There wasn't a trolley cop in sight. This incident, coupled with the many times having to deal with transients pissing all over the seats and floor, and the crazies. I won't ride anymore. If I do choose to ride sometime in the future, I am going to arm myself with a knife. I will just keep it in my pocket once crossing into Tijuana versus having it in my bag so it doesn't get scanned and I get in serious trouble.

A real scam would be if they took your money or backpack and did not give you a receipt. I have had this happen to me in Tijuana and if you do not have a receipt, you will not get your stuff back, unlike in the USA. Always ask for a receipt in Tijuana when you leave a cellphone or laptop or whatever at a repair shop or leave a backpack in a hotel. Told a newbie last week who I saw left a backpack with the hotel staff this rule but he trusted them and did not go back for a receipt. Told him he was a generous guy. Probably did get his stuff back later, but who knows?

The other HK / Cascadas scam is the paper receipt they give you when you put down a $30 room deposit. It is a handwritten note written in Spanish on some scrap piece of paper. When they give it to you, they shut the fuck up and say nothing. Only upon checking out do they ask for it. I have seem mongers on multiple times lose their deposits when they check out because Cascadas forgets to input the deposit of cash into their computer system. Fucking felons run HK.

Definitely gets better with age. Like you wrote "rub one out" before session is the best insurance. And like you wrote "pull out" when you get that ejac feeling stop & change position. Changing position buys time for your body to get off the ejac phase.

Perhaps your experience has been different but in my experience they've always warned me when they give me that $30 deposit paper not to lose it if I want my deposit back. I've never had an issue with this and have always gotten my $30 deposit back.

I didn't even know they had a fridge in the rooms. I don't recall seeing a fridge in my room, had a standard room on the 6th floor.

Every room I've ever stayed in at Cascadas has had a fridge. That's part of what the $30/$50 deposit is for. It's a small see-through fridge. As far as I know, it's standard for even the "basic" rooms at Cascadas to have small refrigerators, even though I'm seeing that's not explicitly stated on the website. But I usually pay for just the "basic" room and have always gotten one.

Yeah, that's Cascadas 101. ALWAYS check as soon as you check in that there are 10 drinks in the fridge. One of the room attendants taught me that years ago. But to be fair in all my years of staying at Cascadas, there've always been 10 and they've never tried to cheat me. If you do happen to drink one (or a few) of the drinks from the fridge, one way to save a few bucks is to replace them yourself by buying them from the Oxxo across the street. They won't notice if you replace them with the same drinks you drank and the Oxxo is a bit cheaper than their price.
