Bit the bullet and hooked back up with an HK girls I meet pre Corona. She said she was going back home until HK reopens. She said they were told they would be closed for at least two weeks. Plenty street girls out still most are working day shifts because the streets are literally really dark due to bar closure. Was really eerie no Banda music in streets hotel was so quiet you could hear a mouse fart. Anyhow, got a smoking deal on a TLN didn't ask her to stay either. Seems this would be ideal for safety reasons since they are maybe seeing only 2-3 guys instead of the usual 5-6 and they have a good level of trust already established. On a side note we tried to get service at the side bar in the hotel lobby. Apparently there is a secluded lounge with double doors near the elevators I am assuming that is where the room service liquor comes out of. They said they can only send drinks to the room. I was able to sleep like a baby between sessions because the hotel was so quite. Anybody that has regulars I suggest you setup a a date. You can Def get a basement bargain TLN before the girls pack it in this coming week.

HK management is telling chicas and meseros they will be closed 1 week. The government, however, is expecting to keep it closed for 1 month.

One other thing I wanted to mention, and I would find it comical, if not so sad. In any case, I'm not sure who the liar is. I stopped in for a couple beers last week. I was not interested in going arriba, though of course, chicas tried. One girl, whose name escapes me, told me how safe HK is. She said that HK gave all of the chicas and meseros injections and they were all safe from the virus. Now, I have heard differing claims. 3 months sounds good. Many countries are quickly working on a vaccine or a cure for the corona virus because economic losses for the global economy are colossal. I remember living in the San Francisco bay area and total panic when the AIDS epidemic broke out. Everyone was wearing face masks on the bus and on the street. The number of dying weekly was enormous. I worked for a delivery company and many of my clients died, it was shocking for me and it changed me a lot.

Not trying to be combative, but 3 months doesn't sound good. 3 months sounds like global depression and mass suffering. Even this last 2 weeks had done so much damage that I can't predict how long it will reverberate through time and our economy.

I don't want to see anyone sick and I don't want to see anyone out of work. I'm living my life to enjoy all of the amazing things we have been lucky enough to have access to. A time like this is a very stark reminder of how good I have had it and it hurts to imagine how bad it could get for a lot of people all over the world.

In Texas we will not be locked down for 3 months, couple weeks max, maybe sooner. Time to get back work, isolate the areas were there are high infection rates, the rest of us need to get back to work ASAP. Mexico will never survive a long shutdown, they will go back sooner then later.
