For some weird reason I kinda miss the speakeasies. The upstairs "boom boom room" at Jalos Chicago's, the upstairs at trop Rizo de Oro, the 7th floor Cascadas, even Adelita's "the club" were actually pretty cool setups. See what others that have been to Ticuan say. Also the Advanced search is a great tool if you have not used it. Search in the Tijuana forum for "Ticuan". It will pull up all the dialogs about that hotel.

It was the Friday before 4th of July weekend. I had invited a wingman to try out a new time frame to go.
