I can not agree more on the declining quality of working girls or normal girls in general. I am in Tijuana right now and have been here 4-5 times in the last year.

Of course prices are cheaper than in the US, but I do notice that with prices going up a bit, the quality of service and the attractiveness of the girls is declining.
