Do your reading of the forums. Be very careful of whose advice you heed. Some here have had, shall we say, experiences that are radically different from the norm.

The default in most bars is everything covered. You can ask about BBBJ, or whatever. Girls will NOT get angry, nor will they hit you. Some will say yes, for extra dinero. Others will say no. YMMV.

I will point out that if you speak conversational Spanish you will do far and away better than those who do not. You can chat up a girl and get her comfortable with you and everything will work out better.

It could be as simple as she wants to go somewhere and have fun with you at a venue she could never afford such as the Waldorf in Cabo, Conrad in Tulum, etc. And it really doesn't cost the guy much extra aside from a nominal amount in food and drink (unless she's a hardcore drinker but then you just roll with an all inclusive resort). Whether it's one or two people, hotel costs the same, rental car costs the same, gas and tolls cost the same. Sure you pickup airfare but flying within Mexico costs peanuts compared to flying from the US to Mexico. I'll meet her in the Tijuana airport and off we go. My biggest dilemma is I've got three chicas who are expecting me to take them to Cabo in a few months. I suppose I could take all three and see what happens. I'm going to start feeling them out to see if they okay with more than just a couple dynamic.

It is up to you, but if these chicas have true feelings for you, then you might f up a good thing. Got in HK Monday afternoon. Talents were low for Monday as usual. The top stars were all missing.
