I am honest on this forum and will tell you I am 48 and use steroids at a level that basically keeps me at a 20 year old's normal testosterone levels. My wife got caught with them once crossing the border and the agent just put it back. Didn't care less about it. So I think allot of it depends on the agent and if he / she is trying to make a name for themself.

I have ADHD so I am legally on Adderall here in the states. For those of you that do not know, Adderall is a very controlled substance in both the United States and Mexico because it has abuse potential. If you grind it up you can snort it like Cocaine. One time I brought a small bottle with me into Mexico fully legally as it was prescribed by an American doctor and when I was coming back and going through the border in Mexicali a border patrol agent saw it as he was searching my stuff. He asked me what it was and I point blank told him it was Adderal that was purchased in the United States legally with a prescription from a licensed physician. He then asked me why he should believe that. I then pointed out to him how the Adderall was in a Walgreen's prescription bottle and that there are no Walgreen's in Mexico. He then told me that means nothing because I could have brought an empty bottle with me and put them in there. I pulled one of the pills out and pointed out how the name "Adderall" was on there in English and that if they were purchased in Mexico it would be in Spanish. He said that is not necessarily true. Finally, I was getting a bit angry so I pulled my cell phone out and gave him the phone number of the physician that prescribed and told him that he could call him if he wished. He then finally said ok but told me that in the future if I ever go back to Mexico with Adderall I should make sure I bring a photocopy of the prescription as it was a controlled substance. I don't bother with it anymore. Now when I go there I try to take a dose right before I go in and if it wears off I just live with being unable to concentrate. The chicas make it easier for me to concentrate anyway. ROFL It is too much of a hassle to try to bring that in with all the paperwork and whatnot.

Trip Report March 2013.

I recently spent a few days in Tijuana. I stayed at the Cascada Hotel and spent my time at Hong Kong Club. Although the forum had many positive reviews, I really doubted that Tijuana could match any of my earlier mongering experiences. I am now a believer in Tijuana and am looking forward to a time when I can return. Thanks to the forum members who made this experience possible for me.

(1) Crossing the border. Bring your passport. I took the blue line trolley from my hotel at Civic Center to the San Ysidro (final) stop. The one way ticket cost me $2. 50 (purchased at the electronic kiosk) and took about 40 minutes. At San Ysidro I followed the signs to the pedestrian walkway and crossed through immigration. There were armed immigration officers at the border, but I was not approached or asked to show any identification as I walked through with the many dozens of people in my group. It was a very rapid crossing into Mexico and took around 20 minutes, all of it walking. It was during midweek around 4 PM. On the other side I easily found a taxi driver willing to take me to Cascadas Hotel for $5 USD. They return to the USA was terrible, and took 3-4 hours of standing in line.

(2) Currency. I brought USD only. This was accepted at by all restaurants, grocery stores, girls, hotel, massage parlors, taxi drivers. Places selling in pesos easily converted to USD for me and gave me USD in change.

(3) VIP Card.

For $50 USD the VIP card was a good investment. I was able to get a 20% off my hotel stay at Cascadas, plus a free beer each day at the HK Club. I also had the Club give me a ride back to the border for free in their van. There are a few other perks available. You can buy it at the entrance at the club.

(4) Cascada Hotel.

Based on the reviews from the forum I stayed at the Cascada Hotel. I stayed for three nights. I prefer extra room so stayed in the Master suite room. I liked the room because it had a safe. It also had a king bed, large flat screen TV, a mini-refrigerator, a radio with iPod dock and good stereo sound, and a jacuzzi. The shower had plenty of hot water. On the first two nights I paid $75 USD and on the third night (Friday) I paid $100. Nobody cleaned my room while I was there, but I replaced my towels myself, which was easy since the linen cart was in the hallway. The hotel made me pay $10 deposit for the key card and another $10 deposit for the safety deposit key. They returned the $20 when I checked out. All of the rooms are designed in the same style. I would give it a 3-star ranking compared to other hotel rooms in the USA. On the downside, there were no outlets to plug in my computer or phone charger; I had to unplug the flat screen TV and use the only plug behind the TV. The lights in the room are great for mood, but poor for reading. The room had no climate control, and was a bit stuffy. No heat, A / C, or fan. It was noisy from the music at HK Club.

(5) Hong Kong Club. Good clean venue. It is a lot smaller than the photographs on the website would suggest. The waiters are aggressive and will continue to bother you unless you have a drink in your hand. I was able to use my VIP card to get my first beer and just nursed it as long as possible. They also have bottled water which is less expensive than beer. I have never been to a place where it was possible to have sexual touch with a girl so cheaply. For only $1 USD you can give a dancer a tip; she will bend over you and you are allowed to touch anything you want, from breasts to pussy to ass. In that way you could practically handle any girl in the place. Some girls I didn't want to pull just asked for a dollar after saying hello to me, but I declined. When I found a girl I liked the waiters were all over us. If I wanted to take the girl to the room immediately, a drink was not needed and we just went to the hotel. If I was not sure, or I wanted to spend more time with the girl, we would then sit down at a couch and cuddle and fondle. For the cost of a girl drink (about $8) you can spend 15 minutes getting to know your girl. This is a great investment, and makes the experience more than just sex. I love just touching and rubbing the girl, and having her do the same to me. This is where you can begin to lightly kiss the girl and develop some chemistry. If the chemistry was not right, you don't have to take the girl to the room.

(6) Sex. Many of the girls are quite beautiful. They range from 5-9. I mostly had sex with 7-8's, and one 9. I was almost always able to get a girl for $60 USD although twice I agreed to $70, for 30 minutes. Perhaps the best part of having a room in the Cascada Hotel was that none of my girls were clock watchers and we were never bothered by the staff with a knock on the door. That was why I did not negotiate too hard. Every single encounter in my room lasted 45 minutes to one hour. The girls never asked for more money. We often showered together before and after a session. I love performing oral sex on a girl, and all but one allowed me to do it. read the attached link. small amounts of narcotics are in fact legal to possess in mexico. i would not suggest as a usa citizen we test those laws though!

i know several people in sonora who told me that weed under a certain amount, and coke under a gram was legal. sounds like they are full of "mierda." i do neither so it is irrelevant to me. one thing for sure; it iosn't too enforced. i just spent several days in san luis rc and basically every club i was around they were smoking weed. thanks for the clarification.

first of all, my bad for using the words "sniff" and "crack." i am unfamiliar with the types, because i have never done any non-pharmaceutical drugs. at the time, i was with two chicas in hk, and they were snorting some kind of powder stuff (small amounts of white particles) out of a small folded aluminum foil.

so i assumed that it was either the coke or crack. i just don't know which is which; my bad. though i thought meth was like bigger crystal-like stuff, based on my observation of breaking bad. lol.

could anyone tell me the effects of each of those drugs? i know about the mary-jane and of course the alcohol, but i am beginning to wonder why those gals choose to do crack / coke beyond mj / alcohol.

crack is a processed form of cocaine reduced to its purest form. it is only smokeable and is very addictive as you no doubt are aware. cocaine and meth both effect the pleasure center of the brain. they flood the brain with dopamine, the same natural chemical your brain produces when you feel joy, orgasm, laugh, and generally have a sense of wellbeing. crack and coke only give this effect for 15-30 minutes. then the user starts to feel depressed and moody. they keep using the drug every 15-30 minutes to keep feeling good. the need for the drug becomes so great, especially with crack, that people have killed for a $10. 00 rock just to keep from entering the deep depression that follows when the drug exits the system.

my advice would be to do all of the drug related activities in the usa in mexico, the policia are looking for gringos that do drugs as a mark! they sometimes won't bother the locals because they know that they can not get a bribe out of them! they see gringos as walking money bags so they will enforce it on you but not them. personally, if i was around some girls snorting coke i would have bolted quicker than speedy gonzales. lol in fact, one time when i was walking in front of the playboy club i smelled some pot and i did get away from there as soon as possible!

one time in los algodones, i brought someone along with me that i had met on a different forum. he really pissed me off. he had went to a pharmacy and purchases some vicodin! vicodin requires a prescription even in mexico! in fact, it is illegal for pharmacies to sell vicodin to anyone from a foreign country even with a prescription. of course we all know that this is mexico so you can still find a way to do it. anyway, when i was not with him he talked to some people and found a pharmacy that would sell vicodin to him if he paid a bit more. we were walking and we crossed this pharmacy and he told me he wanted to go in there real quickly to buy some meds that he took. i said ok and i waited outside as i did not need any. little did i know he was buying vicodin in there. after he got done he walked out of the pharmacy right by two cops that saw him in the pharmacy and everything. we were walking around los algodones and we were going to the 2 places that are there and walking around the streets with several cops passing us by. after we were done for the night we both crossed the border together with him carrying the vicodin that i did not know he had. he walked right by the usa border patrol with this! he got into my car and i started to drive back to phoenix and on the way we went through 2 border checkpoints with dogs that were smelling my car! we had no issues. after we got through the second border checkpoint he pulled the vicodin out of his sock. i asked him what he was doing and he told me he was taking vicodin. i asked him if he had bought this in mexico while we were there and he said that he had and that it was the pharmacy he stopped at while we were walking. i was livid! all of this time i was with him and we could have been arrested and stuck in a mexican jail or had to pay a huge bribe or we could have been caught by the border patrol and face severe criminal penalties in the states! i learned a lesson from the experience to be very careful who you travel to mexico with! make sure you go there with people who are not stupid enough to deal in illicit drugs while down there! in the past when i was going to tijuana or some other border town i would post it on here trying to find people who wanted to come along! now i no longer do that because unfortrunately i do not know if the person is going to act stupid and get me in trouble for just being close to them. there are a couple of friends i have met on here that i trust and know would not do that but now i am very careful! my advice is to do your drugs in the usa and to do your pussy in mexico! at least here you know the places you can get by with it. i personally do not do any drugs but i honestly do not care if someone else does as long as they do not do them around me while i am in mexico!

I've never been in Hong Kong on Easter. How much worse is it than a normal Sunday? If it is expected to be much worse, I'll take an afternoon flight and skip the trip to the zona.

Just do it. While Easter Sunday may be slower than a regular Sunday, your four hours in the Zona will be better than taking a later flight and sitting in your hotel room.

Well since Google makes the Android and Google is the chief competitor to Apple I would venture to say that Google probably will drag its feet on giving it to iPhone. LOL. In fact, I am surprised that it is even available on iPhone. IPhone seems to like to do everything themselves so I would think they would make "the Iphone Translator". LOL (sort of like when they did away with Google Maps on iPhones to put their own mapping software, of course that did not last very long).

I played with it a bit and it looks like it is pretty good. Now someday if I update to Jelly Bean 4. 2 I can take care of the data for voice recognition issue and it could become the perfect translator and possibly beat Jibbigo 2 I like it's functionality better already, if the voice recognition issue can be resolved I think I would like it better.

I remembered this conversation we were having about smartphone translators so I wanted to share this. Today Google just released an update to the Google Translator so that it does work offline. The only issue is though that the voice recognition does not work offline so if you are using it offline you have to type everything in it. I have heard that Android has made there newest operating system Jelly Bean so that the voice recognition does work offline so if you get one of the few Jelly Beans it would work. Unfortunately, I still have Ice Cream Sandwich on mine and my contract is not up for another year so I won't get it soon. At this time there are only 2 phones on the market that have Jelly Bean anyway (it is more common on tablets and of course there is no way in hell I am going to walk around the zona norte full of rateros carrying a very expensive 10 inch tablet in my hands. LOL). Jibbigo 2 still works offline on both translating and voice recognition.

The update is great and translation works well. The Spanish "pack" is something over 200Mb so you need the space for it (and make sure you download it before you go offline).

Note that there are (currently) two versions of Jelly Bean: 4. 1 and 4. 2. My phone has 4. 1 and I just checked: when offline the voice recognition didn't work without the network connection. Offline dictation is a new feature with 4. 2 so I assume that is what is needed for translate, too.
