Let me help with the clear facts.

Regular beers and house mixed drinks are always 4 bucks. Before 8, after 8, and between!

The only time you will have to spend 5 bucks on a beer is if you are entering HK after certain hours and you will pay 5 bucks for that beer at the door.

But in the club, the price is always 4 bucks.

After 8 PM, local beers, XX, Corona, Sol, Tecate etc, are $4 or 68 pesos; premium beers, Heineken, Bohemia etc, are $5 or 85 pesos. Before 8 PM all drinks are $1 less. There is a menu with prices for a couple dozens brands of liquors, shot or bottle, posted at the bar.

Fichas for the girls are are $9 or 153 pesos. For each service tip the meseros $1 or 20 pesos.

Still have several weeks before my next trip to Tijuana but was curious if anyone could tell me the current price for drinks (both beers for me and fichas for the girls) in pesos?

Depends on the rate HK is using. If they are still using 17 to 1, then regular beer / drinks are 4 bucks /68 pesos, and fichas are 9 bucks /153 pesos.

I brought my lap top to Cascada but never once turned it on due to too much partying and actions with the girls on weekend. Cascada has WIFI routers installed on each floor, so it should be reliable. Never saw any guy sit around surfing anywhere in Cascada or Azul. However, the girls are always using their iPhone in HK, so internet service is available through their phones or WIFI. The noisy brass band was no longer playing as of last week, so nights are quiet, but HK chicas are still calling out to each other and talking loud in the hallway. Avoid taking rooms on 2nd floor as they are used for short time boom booms and may feel well-worn.

Cascada is the most convenient place to stay in Tijuana for mongers to maximize their use of time. You can party with girls in HK all night and take 3, 4 or more girls to your room for sex, as your endurance allows. I keep walking in and out with girls all night, the Cascada reception guys always smile slyly when I walk past them hehe.

I'm going to answer with the caveat that my experience with Cascadas is somewhat limited. I bought the VIP membership, super excited to enjoy the upgraded rooms at inexpensive prices. I booked a reservation online, but when I arrived at the hotel, they did not have my reservation and they said that they they were sold out of ALL the premium rooms. I would have taken any of them, even top of the line, because I was looking for a great experience. I settled for a standard room which was deplorable, only a half step above the three dollar rooms you find down on the street. I was pissed, and decided that my VIP card was a scam. I'd love to hear from others on this topic. I can't vouch for the wifi. It was working when I was there, but that doesn't necessarily mean you can rely on it.

If you get the HK VIP card I have a recommendation for you. Try to reserve room #59 at the Rizo de Oro located across the street from Hong Kong and Cascades. Rizo de Oro accepts the HK VIP card hotel discounts of 80% off on Mondays and Tuesdays and 20% off the other five nights of the week.

Room #59 is the only hotel room that I know of in LZ with a separate alcove containing a queen-sized bed, small table and chairs and a TV. This alcove is a part of RdeO's variation of a Master Suite containing a King-Sized canopied bed with two-person hot tub in the main room. Separate Armoires near each bed.

Regular price without discounts IIRC is $115 on weekends and $80 on week nights.

As I recall, I got decent WiFi when I stayed in that room two years ago.

Wifi is pretty decent, especially in the rooms on the South side (front reception) on all floors. Wifi is weak in the area near Azul. Avoid rooms like 218, 219 right next to Azul: Weak WiFi and all night traffic of folks in Azul / rear lobby. Rooms are decent and the VIP 80% discount applies to all types of rooms.
