I can honestly say I hate HK now. I have officially quit going there. I am sick of all their BS. I only use escorts now that come to my room for a hour for 1400 to 1600 pesos instead of 160.00 dollars for the equivalent hour at HK. Also, my hotel is a clean environment. I can shower with the girls which is fun, and relax on a real bed. HK is filthy. The girls don't shower after sex, it's only 30 minutes, you have to deal with a knock on the door, and the meseros suck ass. If I must do a club girl now I go to dejavu club. The prices have come down a lot since they first opened. You can have a girl now for 80.00 for a hour. It's less crowded and the rooms are clean.

Another thing that has increased my quality with the girls and overall fun in Tijuana is spending the extra money and using Hotel Ticuan every time. I know it's a hundred a night now, but it's well worth it if you concentrate on escorts only. They have that large shower with the shower head above you and you can fit 2 people in there easily. You can save money by using Ceasars and Hotel Quinta but it just isn't the same. Some of the girls I have been with like the ticuan so much they want to stay longer or crash so they don't have to go back to their crappy apt.

As of last night it looks like many of the chicas are back from their vacation and the high rolling tourists have gone home. This includes the Zona Norte in general. Consequently HK price are starting to stabilize at $80. I didn't have a single chica asking for $100. It seems that the HK Chica Cartel will struggle to keep the floor at $80 as more chicas are coming back.

One chica complaint to me that three weeks ago she had no problem going upstairs 3-4 times a night at $100 each on a weekend, now struggles to find one per night on a weekend. She blames the spike in competition from more and more chicas.

Interesting to hear of the adventures in HK management! Like any business they try to do the best they can but at times they will have a few working at any bar who don't represent the experience they want the business to have. Customers can try to be a little forgiving at times.

One thing I can't change is when you bring a friend in the place, I really don't want the waiters to give me a big friendly Hello, when they recognize me. It's a bit embarrassing. And the friend realizes. This guy is down here a lot!

Managers in HK, Cascada and other bars / hotels do read, actually follow, ISG's posts regularly. Even HK's chicas, meseros, workers and casual Mexican visitors to HK follow them. My wingmen and I verified this fast info loop many times. So do give them your feedback and suggestions, either privately or post them publicly in these forums.

I had a gripe about HK's bars not being cleaned or washed regularly, smelling like puke, making HK smell like a low-class dive bar. I posted my suggestion here and they fixed that problem. So many bros complained against aggressive meseros acting / speaking rough or rude. I cornered a manager, explained the gripe to him, suggested HK train its crude meseros to act / speak respectfully like gentlemen, preferably like proper English butlers, which I guaranteed him the bros would feel less harassed, intimidated, bullied, abused, exploited and would feel much happier to spend more money in HK. The guy was fun. He was smiling, telling me "Yes sir! Yes sir!" From personal experience, if a girl liked me enough she found a work-around and met me. If she didn't liked me enough she used the bar fine excuse to get rid of me without hurting my feelings. From a business standpoint HK is kind of amazing. It's one thing for a business to be good for a year or two but there must be some strong management talent at the top to do what they do so well for as long as they have. It also helps drive the competition to do a better job of treating their customers. I would love to read a history of the Zona Norte story. The clubs. How it's changed over the years etc. I am fascinated by the whole economics of the money, sex, business world.

In terms of Triopical I have only been a few times. I did hook up with a very nice girl and she was very pretty as I have seen some others in there that had some nice bodies so not sure what the disconnect is there but maybe my eyes were focused on the few beauties. The music is a little to loud in there and perhaps it's just the sound system that is the issue. HK's shifty meseros would invent all sorts of scams to rip off the newbies, like implying guys having to buy a full bucket to sit down at any booth or table, or buying a bucket every hour for the girls to keep them in the room. The meseros will milk newbies for every dime they have.

HK's booths and tables are all first come first served. There are no requirements having to buy anything. Occasionally I would sit by myself in a booth. Meseros would bring in 4 or 5 guys and politely ask me to yield the booth so the guys can have bottle service. I would graciously yield to them and find another sit. Like in all situations, know your rights but be open to discussions and be reasonable with others' needs.

HK girls have to earn 10 fichas a night for working in the club, or they woudl have to pay $3 each to the club. As long as they fulfill their fichas quota, they can do whatever they want with their time, staying with guys all night in the hotel or going out to dinner and clubs ect. Guys have been taking the hottest and most popular HK girls out for dinner and dancing without having to pay any bar fine. The popular girls could bag 3 guys every 2 hours, but they also want to go out to eat for a change of scenery.

Around the same time frame a very rough floor manager from East LA roughed up many clients, especially young Mexicans who did not spend lots of money, got enamored with hot HK girls, tried to sneak pictures ect I saw him lift a young guy by his throat up against the wall on charges of having a camera or taking pictures inside the club. He was also accused of squeezing meseros for kick backs. The words got back to the boss. The guy got busted down to a mesero job, got humiliated and left after a couple weeks.

Managers, workers, girls, casual visitors to HK, probably even the dumb and greedy policies, follow ISG posts with great interests. If they have interests in someone, they will try to find out who the guys are in person. Guys find out it's hard to hide behind their call signs in ISG and remain anonymous in La Zona. It's a small world and La Zona is even a much tinier community where everyone rubs against each other in HK or in the alley. It's a detective game. If you go to La Zona and post in ISG often, people will connect you to your call sign, good or bad. You will be surprised to find how much gossip, is going around in HK and on the streets about guys and girls. I know a few guys who were banned by HK and banished by the girls for their misdeeds. I encourage the bros to post names, car / moto numbers and details of any policias engaging in shakedowns, and follow up with complaints to Internal Affairs at city hall. That problem would soon go away.

After so many confrontations in La Zona against rough managers, crooked meseros, lying, cheating putas, asshole cabbies, greedy policias, El Capitan has not been threatened, harassed, assaulted or whacked, so you guys are plenty safe. You are not writing just to HK's managers. You have a huge global readership with great interests in pretty girls, sex, fun, money, good food, excitements ect. In an exotic location. Just give the world your sincere, honest, caring thoughts. Eventually they will figure you out and grant you respect.

Not sure management reads any of this stuff but in case and just to bounce off others.

It was really hard to come up with much as they do what they do so well already.

1. I wonder if there is space in HK anywhere to have a small 8 x 8 dance floor where we could dance and grind a bit with the ladies? (take out a couple booths on 2nd or 3rd floor if they don't always fill up using them) At other clubs you can do this but it's normally the regular dance floor that the ladies dance on and I don't want to be center of attention when I am dancing with a lady. I want a dark corner were we can play a bit on the dance floor.

2. I love the lap dance rooms to have a little privacy. But. You can't hear the music very well. Maybe they could put a little sub and some speakers in one of the bigger rooms and we pay a couple of extra bucks to go into the VIP room or whatever they want to call it.

3. This is a crazy one. Not sure how to do it yet. But I want to learn more Spanish and I am sure some of the girls want to learn more English. But I don't want to pay $9 per drink to spend some time and try to learn and teach as I will be going broke fast! With all the space HK has on the 2nd and upper floor. I wish there was some option to share time at a lower cost where there is NO touching (you want touching. You buy the girl a $9 drink) but just time shared with the girl and we would both benefit from learning and expanding our knowledge of each others language a bit more. (yea. I told you it was a crazy idea).

4. Get some bags for the merchandise. I purchased the HK calendar. They had no bag so I had to carry it around once I left HK going back to the US and it just would have been nice to have a plastic bag for the calendar, Hat I purchased. BTW. Very cool HK caps if anyone has not seen them.

The calendar was very well done. It captured the personalities of the girls quite well but in a playboy classy respectful way.

5. Tours. Offer free tours of the club and Cascadas. Put in on their web site. It's just a couple minutes walk through the club, shows the rooms, how the pricing works, what the drinks cost. The lap dance room, etc. I know the objections to it. They can come in an buy a drink and support the club and look around. No they CAN'T because Many Guys are afraid to Go there on their own etc. But if they offer a couple little escorted tours at say dead times. 2 and 4 on Saturday and Sunday. The attendees would see it's a GREAT place. They would feel SAFE to come their on their own! They would come back on their own and SPEND money. They already give tours for groups from Asia as I have seen the ladies being walked through the club rubber necking and checking out the place. Just need to try this and test the waters.

Or maybe they are busy enough and don't need to do this etc. Or. Offer a paid tour. For $5 they get a overview of the club and it includes a free drink, information on the prices etc. History of the club a little bit etc. Like a regular tour. Limit it so smaller groups at first so it does not get out of hand. Folks are welcome to tip the tour guide if they want a little extra.
