First I am going to try to answer your direct questions. Then I'm going to try to give you some additional information that could be useful to mongers trying to accomplish your stated goals. Drama free gave you a good reply (see directly below) in saying that the chicas are there primarily to make money. Your questions seem to imply that you and your mongering buddy want to party with these working girls up in a master suite without their "meters" being on charging you for all the time you spend with them. Spending time with prostitutes, while they are not charging you for their time, is possible, but most working girls will want no part of this type of arrangement. You will probably have more success getting this type of arrangement if you hunt for women in the 99% of Tijuana that is not located inside La Zona.

There is a Master Suite in Cascades that has a sex swing that I've used with different chicas to varying degrees with success. I have also rented Master Suites that have a stripper pole inside the MS room, but I didn't ask any chica to perform on the pole. Vertically there were additional Master Suites at rooms numbered either 427, 527 & 627 or was it 429, 529 & 629? As I recall, the fifth floor MS room was called the "Fetish" room and it came equipped with a sex swing in addition to the jacuzzi, fridge and safe. I had also once stayed in a Cascades Master Suite room that was tucked right behind the older elevator. Suites are great, first class all the way. Unless you know the girls they probably will not just go up to party without being compensated. You can try and negotiate with them, but they are there to make money.

Good thing is there is no door knocking so you can stay as long as you want. 90% of the girls do not watch the clock that closely. Easy to get 15-30 minutes extra, for no charge, but anymore they will get mad.

I went to HK for the first time this Sunday. I was in San Diego for another reason for the weekend, I didn't have much time but decided to explore on Sunday. I think it was the right decision to go Sunday instead of Saturday as it wasn't crowded and crossing the border was very easy. Once in the Mexican side, I got an Uber easily, didn't see any police, never felt in danger. HK is a fun place, many girls despite it was Sunday, many attractive girls 6-8 depending on each one taste.

I learned (mostly from other monger's experiences) how to do it right. I made online reservations and never mentioned that I possessed a HK VIP card. I brought with me the online reservation code I was sent as part of the reservation process and gave it to the hotel clerk when I was checking in. Only at the point where the clerk honored the reservation, and asked for the $110, did I whip out the HK VIP card, and paid the discounted fee.

This worked like a charm, except for the first time I tried to use it. The mistake I made during that first attempt, was that I presented both my confirmation # and my HK VIP card together when I first approached the hotel desk wanting to check in. Amazingly the clerk could not find any record of my reservation in that instance, despite my presentation of a hard copy of my confirmation number. I was offered only a regular room. That first experience was ultimately resolved by them "checking" and discovering that Rizo de Oro had one available Master Suite, which I used for two days. I think that MS room at Rizo de Oro was room #56 and located right at the bottom of the first downward staircase in the North Wing annex after you walk the internal short stairway that goes up and over blood alley. That north annex has a doorway at the far end that accesses Pepe's parking lot. That particular Master Suite was not the one containing the large oval Jacuzzi that is often shown of their promotional materials. Instead it has a large rectangular Jacuzzi and the second Queen-size bed in an alcove separated from the main part of the large hotel room.

Other mongers have experienced the same thing (I. E. No master suites, despite having online reservations, when the hotel clerk realizes you have the HK VIP card) so keep that card hidden up until the point where the Cascades hotel clerk has his hand out, and is ready to collect your fee).
