    Don't pay in pesos

    Babe Magnet,

This guy has been going to La Zona for 30 years, but never learned a single word of Spanish and the numbering system in Peso. I have to do all translation and calculation for him. He's a fool to sit with not-so-hot girls, buying them drinks and food all night just to squeeze their boobs, not able to talk to them at all, grinning like a fool. The greedy girls kept ordering drinks and food like there were no tomorrow. He would take a below-average looking girl to hotel for $100 and I would bag her hotter winggirl for $50, like Shannon in this pic. Then he would come down, complaining he did long sessions but could not raise the dick or could not pop. He shies away from pretty girls, targeting the less attractive girls expecting them to provide better services, but it doesn't always work that way. But it's his money and his fun; I cannot stop him.

He was having problems with erection so I took him to Farmacia Piri to buy the cheapest Sildenafil, Secure Lab 2-4-1 deal, $5 for 20 pills or $0. 25 a pill. In HK, he crushed a pill with the beer bottle. He and I both took 1/8 pill, about 10 MG, first time he took ED pills. An average HK girl came over and sat on his lap. After 10 minutes he got a solid erection, had to take her upstairs. That Mexican V was potent. I also had an erection with a slight headache and flustered face, had to take Frieda up. He claimed that 10 MG sliver of Mexican V gave him a hard erection for the whole week. It lasted about 2 days with me. He was so proud, kept buying Mexican V and handed them out to his friends.

He likes to meet noobs, buy them beers and talk shit, or buy fichas for the girls and just sit with them all night without interaction or conversation, grinning like a fool. He has his own ways to have fun and La Zona. As long as he's cool and civil with the wingmen he's welcomed to go with us.

Recently a few young, non hispanic noobs, with Spanish classes in high-school, were speaking Spanish smoothly if not fluently with the girls and had hot times. That really impressed him, so starting last week he started learning Spanish in Duo Lingo and counting in pesos. I hate to say, but he may have severe problems learning or retaining anything.

    Don't pay in pesos

You raise a good point, Captain. If you can't quickly and flawlessly convert dollars to pesos in your head while in whatever inebriated condition your brain may be in at the time, Don't pay in pesos. The US dollar is accepted nearly everywhere in Tijuana and the money you'll lose in trying to make conversions in your head will far exceed anything you may gain in the exchange rate. I suspect that's why paraditas prefer pesos--they make a windfall off the 1 in 5 mongers who can't do currency conversions while plastered. It's certainly not because they can't do currency conversions. Putas may be, in general, one of the stupidest life forms to ever inhabit the planet but their arithmetic skills rival any supercomputer.

Another common mistake that is lost in transmission is doce and dieciseis: they sound very similar the way most Mexicans pronounce 16 and especially in a noisy bar. You might think you negotiated 1200 pesos when she actually said 1600. Just stick with dollars unless you really know what you're doing.

They were probably laughing how stupid he was.
    Please don't bring him back.

    Non-stop price gouging

They'll milk this for all it's worth. They're (bars and chicas) jacking prices as far as they can to see what the market will bear. And then, of course, after all this is over they'll lower their prices back to how they were before--just like the airlines imposed fees on checked baggage and damn near everything else except air under the pretense of high fuel costs and then, of course, being the benevolent predators they are, removed all the fees when the price of fuel tanked. Everybody remembers that, right? Sure you do. And that's how the bars will do as well--If you let them.

    Hong Kong Sunday afternoon

Went to Hong Kong Sunday about 4 PM. Azul's sports bar was empty. There were not too many hot girls.

Met a few regular mongers and the injured Mexican marine. He was sitting with Roman, a fresh, pretty, sweet-looking new spinner, drinking and talking with her all afternoon, then he claimed I got him drunk LOL.

By 6 more hot girls same in. HK's stage managers, Lilo and Andrea, were working the scene, put Frieda and Suki to dance at the poles. Frieda is tall and beautiful with long legs, small A cups and eyeglasses on her pretty face, but skinny and pale; Suki's body is more filled out, looking very sexy. They were smiling but only dancing a short time.

My wingman picked up a tall girl, bought her a couple drinks. She started with $100 quote, haggled a bit then agreed to $75 firm. She would not go down to $60, so he took her up. After the session he miscalculated the conversion and gave her 1,800 pesos, which was $90. Man, he really screwed up the market and damaged his own reputation with the girls. They were probably laughing how stupid he was.

HK has the occasional new hot girls worth pursuing.

You are correct. Just pick "support for the Cuban people" when you buy your ticket and stay in an airbnb.

Did you have legal cover for Cuba's trips? I am curious to visit las Cubanas before Cuba becomes a spring break destination and overbuilt with timeshare condos.

I cross the border into Mexico about 100 times a year besides other countries. My Global Entry renewal was quick before CoVid. I received the new card within 2 weeks. Your delay may be caused by CoVid as I heard Federal workers only come in to work 1 day a week.
I flew from American Air via Miami Havana. This was in 2019. There are plenty of Mongering opportunities if you hang around the main Hotel Nacional there is a local that runs the classic car tours that offered to take me around several casas for working girls. Just one option I came across and you can also check out the local salsa club nearby (I forgot what it was called but its the main one near that hotel)

My renewal was due in April 2020 then they closed down the San Ysidro Office and pushed everyone back to October. This was my 3rd renewal BTW, and my first two renewals only took 2 weeks.

Yeah but a foursome for what was it like under $20 total is worth an hour holdup all day man!

Not sure what's going on there. My Sentri expires in 2022 but I'm thinking its no problem. Travel to Cuba is legal and easy to do so I don't think they can hold that against you but maybe they look at you a little closer?
You are correct. Cuba immigration does not stamp a separate piece of paper, they stamp your passport towards the back pages with a reddish pink stamp. I have a few in my passport.

Little heads will continue to prevail over big heads and desperate mongers with no self discipline will pay their jacked up prices and the cycle will continue.
