I gave the hotel a try back in November and will never repeat. Maybe it was just the room that I was given ($30 single 4th floor) but it was pretty rank. Only one window with no circulation trapped stale air replete with the repugnant odor of decades of non-stop sex. The bed linen was stained with putrid bio-funk crust along with the walls. You only get four small towels which ran out after the second HK girl. I asked the desk for some more and was told they were out. A mariachi band out in the alley blares all night long. Even though they are excellent, kinda hard to screw/sleep to the audible. Many of the bar girls stay up on the upper floors. Pretty cool to see all the goings on and have a quick chat with some of them. Even though I had booked two nights, I left early the next morning. I carried that awful smell in my clothes all the way back to the states. To each his own, but if you are looking for an american style hotel I would go elsewhere.

Please pardon the newbie question. (Just read O'Tooles guide, which was a treasure trove of INFO.) Going to be in Tijuana with a buddy of mine in about a month. SOunds like HK is the place to be. If you know (or think it likely) that you're going to see several chicas during the night there, is it better to go ahead and reserve a room for the night ($30 for a single, according to their site)? Or do you just pay the $12 each time and get a different room? Sounds like the latter plan is best unless you're sure you're going to see more than 3, but might be nice to have your own place to relax if you wanted. Just wondering what people prefer to do. I normally ignore people like Sunset Strip, or as he likes to sign, SS, no different that the olden days German Gestapo. But being that he is attacking one of my friends I couldn't help it.

Being a monger doesn't strip you of your value as a human being, well at least thankfully not all of us, I have had the pleasure of monger with people like Tom, One Wing, Dos Luna, Vic, Etc and other non ISG mongers that I met at different parts of my mongering life and although as Mr. SS puts it, we provide the livelyhood to some of the lower scum on the face of the earth, by hiring women that have to sell their bodies in order to support themselves, their familes, kids and their pimps. It is refreshing to know that there are guys out there that will sacrifice 1 dollar, that would otherwise end up in the sweet smelling crotch of a sex for hire dancer and give it to a smelly, dirty little kid or their mom, that has not had a decent meal in several days.

I been out with mongers carrying pockets full of change to give to these less fortunate human beings, I have seen these exemplary mongers buy meals or offer half their meal to street beggars and it brings me to the conclusion there is still hope for our human race.

I applaud and have learned so much from these gentlemen and urge any monger outthere to out do these acts of kindness, remember if you beleive in something higher than yourselves, there is a consequence to every minute act you do good and bad, and if we are able to find some kind of balance it will make you feel good.

As for Mr. SS. Heil Hitler! To you my friend, I admire you, because it is people like you that make an act of charity much more worth it.

I decided to leave around 6, I and felt like I needed on taco for the road. Out the front entrance and making a quick left I ran into a woman and child selling gum, I said no thank you, but asked if they wanted a taco. Then I walked into a woman with her baby that asked for money, but I offered a taco, which she accepted. Once I got to the taco stand, it seemed like someone sounded the "The old gringo is buying tacos" alarm, and more kids arrived. Ended up buying about 10 tacos. But watching the kids and their mothers eating with smiles on their faces; it was well worth the 10 bucks! I guess this is when the father figure comes out in me.

All and all, a great way to spend 5 hours!

I commend you for this action. I'm generally one to donate to the less needy but I'm less inclined to do it in foreign countries as then it sets a precedent where they ask every foreinger for money but I got no problem with you doing this. As opposed to this one monger I saw ages ago at some taco stand. A little girl, probably around 8, asked a guy for money. She did persist in asking. This ******* monger spoke no Spanish, the girl spoke no English. So he pointed to his elbow several times and said in English that he'd put the elbow to her if she persisted in asking. I did not plan on driving anywhere this weekend, due to the holiday, and the election in Mexico. I had a prior commitment in San Diego for Friday evening at 5, but received a call and the person would not be able to make it until 8; therefore, I had time!

After swearing not to go back to TJ for two weeks, the next day arrived, and I really had no plans, and still had plenty of pesos and dollar bills, so what's a man to do? Damn this new faith!

Walked in the Church of HK around 6 on Saturday evening, and it was fairly crowded, but not a sausage fest yet. I was attacked by Maribel from behind and once home base was established, off she went. Then I was attacked from the side, is was Alexia, the cutie from last weekend. Alexia is far from the hottest girls in HK, but her personality makes up for it. She is quite playful and never asked me for anything. Her English sucks, then so does my Spanish; so it works. I bought Alexia a drink and she started rubbing away at my crotch and she had a real nice touch; gentle, not grabbing. I decided to take her up to the hotel. She loves to kiss and was quite passionate in the sack. We lost track of time and after the 4th round of knocks on the door; we left.

There was a real beauty that came off the stage and got dressed right in front of me. This non drinking, groping clown decided to feel her up while she was still getting dressed. She got pissed and asked him for a tip. He acted like he was reaching in his pocket, while he continued to grope her; he didn't pull out any cash. These women endure quite a bit of abuse and that part of HK saddens me.

A bit later Artisttyp stopped by, but by the time he got there, the place had become a sausage fest, very warm, and my ass was glued to the stool. Maribel stopped at home base from time to time, but she was busy presenting the goodies and getting tipped. She checked in with me at about 11 and reported she made $140. I asked if she went upstairs at any time during the night, and she proudly replied, "No."

The weekend was hot. Spent some time with some special ladies I previously knew, such as Maribel, Marlen, Alexia, and Carolina. I also made some new buddies: Nelly, BeBe, Alicia, Yessie, and Maria. Life is good! I did not see one of my favorite ladies this weekend; Tryra. Maybe she made enough money and headed home; I missed her.

Observations during this weekend trip:
1 - There is a new hotdog stand next to the infamous taco stand. I had to try one, then the next night, another.
2 - There was a guy from the bay area that bought four children and their mother tacos and sodas; well done.
