First of all, I ALWAYS negotiate.

Tropical and Chavellas negotiation is the same, except drop those prices about $10. $20.

This IS 100% correct. You and her SET the price. That will be your going rate. That is the way it rolls in the zona. Try to set a price on a weekday if possible. Establish what you want before you go up. Don't be shy. Business is business!
