You will go through the Mexico gates, then border patrol inside the building, then just keep walking south for a block through the final gates into Tijuana where Taxi's will be waiting. This is a bad idea. They put your belongings through x ray and there are police dogs. I wouldn't risk my freedom that carelessly. If you absolutely must bring weed, a pen might be the easiest. I can verify that HK has raised fischa drinks to $10 (even during the day). I specifically get numerous $10 bills to pay for fischa drinks to avoid the chance of waitors short changing me too often.
