Has Border Station Parking lowered their rates? Usually Fri-Sun is roughly $40/45 a day.

Border Station parking weekend / holiday rates were $15 per 12 hours in October, it is cheaper during week days.

I just moved down to San Diego 4 months ago. I heard a lot about Mexico but haven't been able to go yet because of everything going on. I've been to Thailand, Colombia and Spain and have had my fair share of girls at each location. Any tips you guys can offer:

It would depend on your financial situation, I go Friday night and leave Sunday morning, I park at border parking for about $60 for the weekend and walk across. Ensure you have a prepaid room with a safe, have a throw away Tijuana wallet. Only carry 1 credit card for emergencies. Change 3/4 of your money for peso's at an exchange next to the trolly station. Invest in a passport card. Get a taxi at the stand across the street from the customs building were all the locals wait in line and go directly to your Hotel. Put all your valuables in the safe in your room including half your money, credit card, keys and passport card along with your phone. Go in all the bars on the 2 main streets where the Hong Kong is. The rest you will pick up as you go along. Walk like you know what your doing and don't talk to any of the dudes on the street. I will be going at the end of October if you need additional assistance.

Me and a few buddies got lucky and went the weekend of the June 12th when HK reopened. Quality of girls was amazing. We want to go back next weekend but don't know what the situation is. Is the border open, will clubs have girls in the lounge area to pick from? Is a suite at HK worth it?

I agree with this 100%. I think it is how the clubs tell the girls what to do. Some HK girls party but it is very low key until they get to the hotel.

What you describe in the lounges at HK hotel and Chicago Hotel are not the same as what I saw. At around 6 PM I would estimate there were 12-14 girls. Don't forget to print out the food and drink coupons from Hong Kong's website. Food is surprisingly good!

You won't have problems with your Visa. Just bring a valid Passport with you. Better yet, get a SENTRI card and SENTRI for your car, too. Both help you bypass long lines by foot and by car. SENTRI is gov't issued and allows easier access to and out of Mexico.
