Hi, I was wondering if I got scammed by a HK girl.

Me and this girl from HK went to my room in cascadas. We went for about close to an hour. There was no knock on the door or anything. We both left the room and entered Hong Kong with no issue. She messaged me about 10 minutes later saying she's been fined $100 and I paid her. Did she scam me? No one talked to us when we went from the room back to HK.

Not much good comes from giving a HK girl your number. Girls know I'm broke and they still beg me out of blue for money even girls I never paid for sex with. These girls getting greedy because they see the new method of greed by the clubs getting 100 bucks or more out of guys for nothing. So if she tries that play with five guys at least 3 will pay. Truth is half the guys in Tijuana view the girls as poor Mexicans, feel sorry that they aren't in America, and the guys are happy to pay more. It depends on recreational or commercial purposes.

The zona Norte drug distribution is controlled by a cartel. Which one? The one that killed off the other ones. Hence you see guys getting shot to death every a couple of months for selling drugs without permission (paid to the Cartels). If anyone thinks that they can fuck the cartel over and smuggle and sell drugs South of the Border without paying the cartels a fee, they are going to be in for a big surprise and be buried in East Tijuana (the desert).

When she was in your arms and whispered to you whether it was your first time in Tijuana and where you are from, it's not really for affection. She was probing you. Next time a chica messages you like this, you tell her that you were fined by HK too, and they are holding a gun against your head unless she can let you borrow the $100 you just paid her to pay off HK goons to not cut off your hands.

I'm no expert but under an hour I don't think the girls are supposed to get "fined". Regardless, I wouldn't have paid that fine and would've asked the girl for more details about it. Perhaps even talking to management about why she got fined if I could. My first impression is you're not getting the whole story there, though difficult to tell whether she's outright lying based on the little info available.

You have to be crazy buying drugs in Tijuana. Don't even interact with them. You're only asking for trouble. My advice if you must have pot in Tijuana. When you are in San Diego, go to a dispensary and buy a few joints. Stick them in your sock, and there is almost zero chance of them checking you. Just bring one backpack with your clothes so it goes through the X-ray quickly, and off you go. The only reason I can see them checking you is if you have a dirty passport. If that's the case don't bring anything.

Probably. If you go back through the forum, you'll see a bunch of nonsense like this started popping back up in May with very mixed reports of it being real and / or BS. The inconsistency makes me think that it's BS.

This is probably correct. I know a bunch of people that drive down with weed in the car, and the only real risk you're taking is that they catch you at the border crossing. Trying to buy drugs in the Zona is basically a high likelyhood that you're going to get rolled either by the people selling them to you or the cops under the best of circumstances. The odds of getting a bad fetanyl cut also go up pretty dramatically once you get on the other side of the border.

The weed in Tijuana is not very good compared to the stuff we can get at dispensaries here.

Don't mess with policia in Mexico. And border patrol likely worse with longer prison time. I have walked in with prerolls twice by accident. I only see the dogs maybe 10% of the time. This video from yesterday will show you how if you piss a cop off in Mexico you may sit in prison 30 days and still have to beg family for 20 k. They planted a gun on him he claims.
