Not sure why you would want to rent a car, especially if your primary mission it to spend time in Tijuana. Parking is expensive. (I don't recommend parking on the street in the border area.) SD has good public transportation to the border and Uber is available. There are some interesting museums and beach areas in SD right on the trolley line. There is a huge shopping mall on the US side of the new border crossing that will have most anything you could want.

Some of the girls speak English. Indeed, I have found a few that are fluent. Most can communicate the basics, especially the services they offer. Street girls tend to be cheap. For a reason; they are mostly wham-bam. If that is your thing, great. And you can negotiate anything with anybody, such as longer sessions with bar girls or street girls.

Health and safety? Wrap it up! Some guys will bare back and have claimed to have no issues. Some girls will offer bare back as a selling point. This is one area where I would never take the risk. OTOH, you are an adult and can make your own decisions. The bar girls are checked monthly. I think the street girls must also have health cards. I don't know the answer but I know this. There used to be a paid forum dedicated to Tijuana. The owner shut it down due to the new law in US. Many of the ISG members are also on that forum. Captain probably has several thousands of posts there too.

The discussion there is extensive and detailed. Just one example, there were a lot of discussions about FB groups which is almost never mentioned here. I tend to believe what CS said because he was an active member there.

Yes that particular forum offered extensive information on Tijuana. Not just the mongering scene, but everyday living as well. Some mongers had their area of expertise, which was quite expansive in some cases. My particular area of expertise was HK. When posters had questions about HK, they called me out specifically. I'm the one broke many of the insider stories about what was going on. When chicas got suspended, I posted first. When they got their health cards revoked, I posted first. Which chicas got pregnant? I posted first. Which got abortions? I posted first. Fresh, just turned 18 talent about to begin the HK careers, I posted first. When chicas got into fights, I posted first on why. For my experiences, when I asked what if they are going to be working tomorrow or the following day, they always told me their schedule or if they are going to be off. All but one of them, showed up the days they told me.

There is no HK schedule for chicas, period. A chica may have a mental schedule in her head, an idea of which days she will work and which she will take off. But there is no HK chica schedule.

Chicas told me this. And I've seen this in action numerous times. I am not your typical monger. The typical monger on this board is a customer. If I book a room at the hk motel. Do you still have to pay when you take a chica upstairs? I've always just paid at the counter for the quick rental. If it is possible to take the Chica to your room. What are the chances on being able to negotiate for a long (2 hour) session.

Hotel Cascadas is the hotel where you take chicas from HK, and also Hotel Rizo de Oro across the street is allowed too. Both have short-time and overnight room rentals. If you have a room for the night you are not limited to the number of chicas you take up to your room. I have never had a problem at either hotel when I've had a room for the night, yet there are posts on occasion where someone says they had issues when trying to take up a Walker or Street Girls, but there is not normally problems with taking up Bar Girls to your room. You can negotiate just about anything, if you are interested in more time with the chica in your room, then specify what you're going to pay upfront, don't just go up to the room and expect her to not ask you for more once she's up there and you're naked, LOL.
