Man I felt bad for one of my chica friends at HK, she called me crying because someone broke into the hotel room she's staying at and took all her money. A friend, Mexican needed a 3 bedroom in Tijuana near Centro it was a fortune and a dump. I wouldn't want that for free in Tijuana or Chula Vista. Mexico has no earned income tax credit of 6000 dollars because you have 3 kids and low wages. No cell phones free for poor, no food pantry with 300 month worth food then 220 person food stamps. They may have medicaid like USA poor get. Many USA cities give guaranteed income now for minorities or organist moms like Philly does. I know many people with subsidized rental apartments, have friend in brand new apartments near rich in Hamptons pays 800 it should cost 4000. She makes about 55 k year. Every morning going to USA from san Diego I see thr Mexican farmers usually 22 to 32 going to farm on work visa. These Mexican communities economic situation has gone to disaster due to Mexicans earning USA dollars, family members sending money back home, making like very expensive to live in Mexico on Mexican wages.
