I don't know what it is (well I do know what it is!) (you know who you are "overpaying" Mongers) If a girl gets $100 she thinks that is what she is worth. She will rather go home broke than lower her standards. If you guys pay it will never do down. I refuse to go to the clubs anymore. After a little work and preparation a SG is better IMHO than a BG. This is MY preference (and some others also) But the $100 and no budge is crazy. Especially for an "afternoon chica!

Pricing is one of the reasons why I ultimately could not give Tijuana a full thumbs up. It's simply too expensive for what you're getting (speaking strictly about going arriba now). In my opinion, the cost should be no more than $50 per half hour for a bar girl given what's on their typical menu of services. So, at $80 or more per half hour HK Club is way overpriced. Adelita is a little over the line at $60 per half hour. Tropical Bar is spot on at $50 for the half hour, and I had two good experiences there. To keep the prices down, more mongers need to just say no. Maybe even just walk the fuck out like I did on Verla over at Adelita. But, I got stung by another Adelita girl going by the name of Mia. Burned bad. I'll tell the story this weekend. I'm not ashamed to tell it. And I will.

Thanks for the reality check. I thought the same thing too. Originally when she quoted the $100 it was Comicon weekend and I just thought it was jacked up be / see of that but then I inquired a week ago and it was still a benji. Plenty of others out there that charge more reasonable rates. Happy Hobbying!

I've had girls ask as much as $120; that draws a "no thank you" from me without a counter offer. Sometimes I agree to as much as $80, but normally I pay $60 or $70.

How do some of these beauties make any money? I'm thinking of some very young girls who dance on the bars but never approach customers and actually turn down drink offers from some seemingly normal men. I wrote the above text about 3 months ago after a 2-week business trip to San Diego, but managed to find my way to Zona Norte on a daily basis. I just finished another 2-week business trip to San Diego, but was only able to get to Tijuana 6 times.

The two girls I mentioned in May are both still working at Hong Kong. I made a major effort with both of these girls, and approached them as if they were at a normal neighborhood bar. The first girl refused my first drink offer but accepted my offer the next day. She drank very slowly but didn't warm up to me at all. Almost no physical contact. After taking the last sip of her drink she abruptly said "thank you" and walked away without asking for a tip. Never again did I get any eye contact from her. I saw several others approach her but only once did I see her sit with a man; that was over a period of 6 days, and probably 20 or 25 hours when she and I were both in HK. She did accept a few $1 tips.

The second girl was a different story. She turned out to be very nice and was the highlight of my trip. Over the course of 2-weeks we went arriba 4 times, each time being better than the last. I have to admit that she insisted on $80 and refused my $60 and $70 offers. I wonder if she seldom goes to Cascadas with a man, she knew the routine but she was tighter the first time than later times. The last trip arriba was as good as any I've ever had. I offered additional money for pictures, but she would allow only pictures of her body, no face. But like with the first girl, I never saw her approach another customer and never saw her sit with another man. There were a few $1 tips when she danced, but not very many. She did make almost $400 from me, but that was over the course of 6 days.

I still don't understand how these girls make enough money to make ends meet. They never approach men, they refuse drinks, and seem to receive just a few $1 tips while dancing. Both girls were pretty with natural, thin, spinner bodies; just like I prefer.

As of last month, the room was $16 for 30 minutes, and $26 for an hour.

But $2000 in 4 days? I go to Tijuana every week (sometimes 2 or three times) Most of the times when a providers lips move. It is not the truth that comes out! I watch the girls, some go up a lot but MOST don't. She is nice and hot. HK has LOTS of Younger (she 29?) and hot girls. Simple Math will tell you she needs to go up to the cuarto 6 times a night herself to make $500- and you said "cleared" after she "tips out" everyone. Of course she will supplement it with ficha drinks ($3 to her) and a few $1 'feel ups" And this is EVERY night (even slow nights.) That's a lot of cash to make in a short time.

$2 K in 4 days gross is doable, I've seen it with some of the HK girls I've dated in the past. After tipping out, however, they usually clear about 300-400 on a normal night. Of course, this all depends on certain factors (level of hotness, how many regulars they have, if they're bar fined early- I think it's at least $200 to the house and the rest is negotiable).

The lower level girls (older, less attractive), have to hustle a lot more, but usually clear at least $150, after tipping out.

However, there have been stories of really slow nights, or nights where they had to ditch work early, where they end up losing money after tipping out. Sounds horrible, but it's usually only about $20-30.

Not sure if the room price is double but I found this to be interesting. 2 weeks ago I took Ruby and her friend (can't remember her name) up arriba for a 3-way and I was charged for 2 rooms. I couldn't figure that one out but I thought I would pass this info along should anyone on this board be so inclined. This was only the fourth 3-way in my life and I must say it was disappointing. And he is there because the house is so cheap they won't pay a guy to keep the crap room clean. The poor guys have to rent the space, shell out a lot of pesos then hope to recoup costs by end of shift. They receive NO $ except what YOU give them.

IMO they are perhaps the most deserving a propino of any service worker in the entire pay for play district.
