All the east-west streets in Zona Centro have an ordinal number, starting with Calle Primera and continuing; Calle Segunda, Tercera, Cuarta, etc, etc.

They're all also named after some relatively famous person, or something in Mexican history. It's a bit confusing because the North-South streets are also named after people, but have no numbers.

So, Articulo 123 (an article of the Mexican constitution) is also Calle Primera. Stick with the numbers and not the names. It's easier and the locals will still know what you're talking about. In fact, most locals I've talked to only use the numbers.
