If you have the VIP card go to the same place you bought your VIP card and tell them you need a ride to the border. They will ask to see your VIP card and call the van or limo around to pick you up and drop you off at the san ysidro border. I tip the guy a $1 and onto the line.

This being my first multi day trip to Tijuana I have some questions I hope this group can answer.

How is cash best handled? Should I bring enough US currency with me for the whole time (which makes me a bit nervous) , or is getting cash easy enough in the zone.

My return flight is not till late on Tuesday evening, is the best idea just to keep my room at Cascadas for a third night? That way I will have some place to keep my stuff, and a quiet place to relax from time to time; and given that I will likely take a girl or two upstairs on Tuesday the additional cost is pretty low.

Is buying a HK VIP card for this trip worthwhile? Seems the hotel savings of 20% on Sunday and 50% on Monday and maybe Tuesday alone is worth the cost. Add in a free drink daily, and possibly a 1/2 price dance or two makes it a good deal or am I missing something. How does the border drop off work? Seems like I have read a couple different things. What is extended hotel time?
