One of my HK girl's just called me to say Hi. She's out of town so she hasn't been there for what's been happening but she said a friend of hers at the club told her the owner (s) of HK are deep in debt from paying off the police and other authorities and so expect big price hikes pretty soon all across the board at HK when it opens back up, especially at Cascadas. I told her customers were already complaining as it is over their current prices so good luck with that. If that rumor is true I hope most customers can stay away to protest their price gouging. Only problem is there will still be plenty of rich assholes who will go there and gladly keep giving them their money. HK could end up being exclusively for high rollers and not the average monger anymore.

But who knows, let's wait and see. I suggest you guys get solid contact info from all of your favorite girls though to possibly start meeting outside of the club if you haven't been doing that already.

If prices go higher then most americans will just go somewhere else and not to HK anymore. HK cannot sustain itself off of just a few high rollers. HK lives off the average american monger that wants to spend $200 USD for the night to fuck a few girls, drink, and have dinner. If sex itself starts costing near that $200 USD mark, then a lot of americans will stop going to HK, including me, simple.

Why even go at that point when you can go to Canada, or go to other areas within mexico, like mexico city, and find cheaper sex there. People will start looking elsewhere if the prices at HK become stupid high, that's for sure.

I heard they shut down HK last night due an American that died last week. Anyone with boots on the ground if its still closed? Also a big fire in Chicago. I'm glad I went to la zona last week.

Current situation, HK is closed with seals on the doors. However they just moved the party next door to Chavelas. The place is packed now and it is afternoon. Not sure how that place can handle the normal Friday night crowd.

I've been saying for 3 years now, hk should charge 80 for short term room, ten dollar cover, 140 over night rooms. Because they already priced out the guys on any sort of budget. It already turned into two types of guys. Guys who make 140 k a year or more, and guys who only go 3 days a year. I didn't concern myself with others wealth in past because I had enough to hang out in hk 3 days week 6 months year. But the price increase made me realize how low income I am. All sudden I was never going upstairs. Then I reduced my ficha drinks by 80%. Now I just pop in for 20 minutes and leave for normal bars on revolution street. But I always said hk may as well increase prices by 800% because the guys have more money than they know what to do with. Watching the rich guy make it rain by the 1000's every night, watching another guy tip the robe guy a 100 dollar bill, reading all the guys on here tipping for BBBJ or extra 10 minutes or kissing. I used to get all that for 50 at hk 6 years ago. No tipping. 12 dollar over night hotel cascadas. 2 free beers every Monday Tuesday night. They were fun times.

HK posted a tweet around 11:30 am 5/12/23 that "they are currently closed, but may be opening soon. ".

"However, our sister bars are fully open. Las Chavelas and Tropical. ".

"Also, both Cascadas and Rizo de Oro are fully open. ".

So just seems like the party has been moved and if HK isn't opened for the weekend expect it to be a mess and overcrowded or they might charge a higher cover to get in.

Absolutely. I'm sure the kid wasn't perfect / straight-laced. (I surely am not and most people aren't LOL.) But in reading the article it seems he was just a 23-year old young man from Jamaica who had only lived in the USA For a few years but had already gotten his USA Citizenship and had joined the Navy. Obviously didn't know the kid but sounded like he was at least trying to make something of his life vs. Being out on the streets or whatever. Shame he went out the way he did OD'ing in the hotel of a brothel (article said he died in room 607). You almost wish his family didn't have to find out those circumstances.

The lesson here is to do not do drugs in the zona. Do not accept drugs or talk about it. Not even weed, forget it. I wouldn't even bother smoking cigarettes / cigars there if you do that in the states.

As far as drinking, obviously keep your drink protected, etc. Moger smartly and good luck.

I've been telling guys for 8 years at some point these clubs will be shut down. Mexixo isntrending toward a woke environment and the $ involved from these clubs mostly doesn't get spent in Tijuana. Tijuana is 2nd biggest city in mexixo. It wouldn't even represent half of 1% of its GDP.
