I don't know you personally so I hope you don't get offended but I have to wonder if her quote had to do with your appearance. This could be taken good or bad. Either you weren't up to her minimum standards and 150 was the least she would session with you for or on the other hand perhaps your appearance was too nice meaning you might have been wearing expensive clothes or a nice watch. These girls study everything. Again, don't know at all so maybe it was a race thing as well. Just trying to guess why she stayed firm at 150. There was really one 1-2 girls that caught my attention, I ended up sitting down for a drink with the best looking girl that night in my opinion, perfect slim brick house type but cute and friendly and after we chatted for a bit I can confirmed she asked for $150. I told I'm used to $100 and asked if she would take $120 but she didn't budge. She brought up inflation. She said if I wanted I could hang out for a while to see if I find a better looking girl that would take $120 knowing damn well I most likely wouldn't LOL, it was getting late, so I said screw it, took her to my room and enjoyed the best piece of ass I saw last night to end the night.

1. Go to HK at least once a week and consistently take girls up.

4. Not only have the ability to speak in their native tongue but also just be able to have a regular conversation and don't act desperate.

Trust me when myself and others lived in Tijuana it was easy to get girls and most of the time they'the come to our apartments and no money was exchanged. Not written anywhere but HK Coupons are valid once every 24-hour period. If you are discreet and tip the front desk guys, you can do more than that.

There are security cameras everywhere. You have to be very discreet when using HK's coupons. If you get caught abusing it, like redeeming coupons more than once a day, or giving coupons to other parties, by security guys or cameras, HK owner might get pissed off and ban you for 3 months. You may even get roughed up by security guys.

Get VIP card for 70% room discount in Cascada Monday and Tuesday and free Azul's breakfast in the morning. It's the best deal in Mexico and HK's owner way to say Thank You to VIPs.
