In general, I ignore or deny all requests for money from all bar girls. There have only been three exceptions to this rule for me over the last 10 years.

1. I have one chica that I've known and have seen regularly for several years. She knows I say no to money requests, but now I'll give her $50 to $100 from time to time when she asks for it, and she gives me a credit on our next meetup. Once I gave her $200 up front and I eventually got it back in credit, but I won't give her more than $100 ever again. She's the exception though because I've known her so long and she always pays me back in trade.

2. I retired one HK bar girl and I gave her $250 for the first week of our arrangement ($250 per week was what I was giving her to leave the bar) a few days before she retired. This probably wasn't really an advance though because she gave me two toda la noches and bareback once without asking for or receiving any payment from me at the time, before I eventually fronted her the $250.

3. I retired another HK bar girl at one time and she wanted to make sure I was serious about supporting her before she quit the bar. I was living with her at the time, so I trusted her enough that she wouldn't outright rob me and move out the second she got the money. So, I gave her $1,000 and she quit HK that same day. We lived together off and on for about a year after that and I never paid her for anything directly. I just paid for our apartment that we lived in, food, clothes, etc. Normal expenses if you were supporting a regular girlfriend or wife that didn't work. When we eventually broke up, she offered to give me back some of the $1,000 that I gave her, but I told her to just keep it because I knew she was close to broke and had to now return to work.

Last week it was in the news Tijuana banned walking on the beach never mind going into the water due to "the sand absorbing all our sewage". From what I've read Mexico won't do anything about dumping raw sewage into the ocean, wnd at some point the hope is usa gets the funding to build a plant near the border so we can import some of their sewage and filter it. Look at the population growth of Tijuana. Any treatment plant is likely 15 years away, and even then not expected to handle all there sewage, and Tijuana population in 15 years probably increases by 30 to 40%. At some point you won't even be able to go in the San Diego ocean because the sewage has already ruined Coronado. Once it moves up 4 miles it will wipe out ocean beach mission beach and pacific beach. A lot people live in San Diego specifically for the ocean so a lot people will end up moving out of San Diego at some point.

The prevailing currents carry the sewage north and it is worse in the summer with the south swells. Imperial Beach has always had terrible sewage problems. The Mexicans are betting that the US will eventually build them a sewage plant. There has been a lot of talk about it, I'm not sure of the status now.

Dear Bro, thank you for this reply. I can indeed confirm, me and my friend along with two other AA dudes were stopped after the scanner area for 20 Bucks a pop. We were taken inside an office and our passports taken from us. The AA dudes were first up and one of them was acting like a wise guy. He was straight up told he is being deported. Then he begs and gets his PP back and 20 bucks lighter is on the way. We are ready to oblige after that scene. Will try to print it out next time and see how that goes.

Yes the Mexican border patrol has hawk eyes for AA guys and white guys. I go through 5 days week in Mexican line I'm always the only guy they stop to see my 6 month pass. I'm actually not gonna pay for it anymore I've only seen a gringo line once in last 50 walks over the border. Anyway since you detailed it, further advice is to not walk over with your friends if you want less hassles. Just spread out 2 minutes.

FMM is the temporary tourist "visa" card that you're supposed to have and carry with you while you're in Mexico. It's a white card with some green and red coloring on it. I'm assuming it's the "special permit" you mentioned in a previous post that you were forced to pay $20 for. In theory, if you're staying in Mexico for a week or less, FMM cards are supposed to be free. When you get to the border the Mexican customs official fills it out using your passport and other information, stamps it, and then you're on your way into Mexico. But there's been a years-long practice (that's gotten worse in recent years, especially since COVID) where customs officials pressure tourists into paying $20 (less frequently $30 or even more) for the FMM (which again is supposed to be free if staying 7 days or less). The threat is either pay or you're not getting into Mexico and probably works for them a very high percentage of the time.

The customs officials like to prey on folks who they think are probably inexperienced tourists (e. G. , gringos and young adults who look like they're on their way to nightclubs / bars). IMO, an effective way around this is to simply complete the FMM form online, print it out, and bring it with you when you go through customs. Filling it out online gives the customs officials the impression that you're a more experienced traveler who kind of knows his way around the customs forms (since you were knowledgeable enough to find and complete the form online) and IMO makes it a lot less likely they'll try to shake you up for some cash. In my dozens of times crossing the border to Tijuana over 10+ years I've not once had to pay anything when I've crossed with a valid passport and a printed FMM from online.

The one thing that concerns me is in an earlier post you said you were stopped by "Mexican cops" once you passed the "bag scanner". In that area, all you have are the armed Mexican guards. The Mexican customs officials area is before you get to the bag scanner and is where you show your passport. Was it one of those armed guards that shook you down for $20? If so, I find that a bit concerning, though if a customs official had already given you an FMM card I don't see how they could force you to get another "special permit".

I am fairly certain this is started by the girl at this point. It may also be the club. Had a girl in my room over 3 hours no knock. Another girl over 2 hours no knock. On another visit the girl that was previously there 3 hours had to go to see her friend and shy of 2 hours a knock came when she had to leave.

It may also be the club but I got a feeling the girls trying to make money and do not want to be the "bad person" by saying they want to leave.

There were lot of people on the beach. Lots of bon fires. I would guess 30 ish people in 4-5 different groups.

The girl I was with did not want to go to beach. Never showed any interest. I been to beaches all over the world and everything I wanted was in the apartment. I am glad she did not want to go. Beach bon fires usually involve booze and fights of some kind.

Hotel Rizo across the street. You can take HK girls there. I've heard of Maseros going over there as well with a bucket of beers.

Of all the places / beaches in MX, Tijuana is the bottom of the heap. Try Rosario and go to LOS Pelicanos for dinner or a place to stay. Or go further southbound to Puerto Nuevo next time and enjoy.
