Honestly even the Tijuana beach looked pretty rough. The girl was loving it but it was probably the most rough looking beach I have spent the night in. With that said the people I did interact with were cool and friendly.

I was in San Diego last week, visiting friends. Usually, I split my trip in half, the first half dedicated to mongering and the 2nd half dedicated to my buddies in San Diego. I'm sort of done paying $6-7 for a taxi. If I can't get a taxi and it's not too late I just take the taxi vans they have on the left once you cross the border to Revolucion and then walk the rest of the way to Zona Norte (about 5 minutes). Only 75 cents for those vans though not sure if the price for those has gone up in the past couple of months with inflation.

LOL no. Just wear what you're most comfortable with. I've hit those clubs multiple times with a tank top shirt, gym shorts, and flip flops and there was never an issue. Mexico in general is more relaxed with their "dress codes" though again, there isn't one here. Just wouldn't do anything super crazy like try to come in shirtless or completely disheveled. Only thing I'll say as far as dressing up is there are certain girls who will be more likely to approach you if you're dressed a bit more nicely. But at the end of the day all they care about is your cash not how you're dressed.
