We're sitting at second floor of HK, it's a good time, pretty good crowd. Drinking a little. Girl comes over to me as I'm getting up to go to the bathroom. So I pass her off to My buddy. Smoking hot. Easily 9/10. But I had to piss so badly I passed her off to him.

It's impossible have any meaningful security that actually protect the chicas from harm in the arriba rooms. The security at the front door of the club and at the entrance to the hotel is only to prevent someone from going guns blazing in a big crowd. There's nothing to prevent a sicko from going violent or rape shit crazy on a chica in the hotel rooms once the hotel room door is closed. It's a sad but real risk that all the chica's have to accept in this business. There are many things equally as terrible as murder that customers commit in the arriba rooms towards chicas that I bet are never reported.

Defense are effective when applied in multiple layers. So that if a perp breaches one layer, he will run into other layers he did not prepare for. But this isn't Camp Iraq and you want to encourage customers to visit, not to deter them. So it is a tricky balance.

But HK can be creative. Dress a couple of guys up in SWAT gear that can be bought on ebay, and put them in the fucking lobby. Give the chicas rape whistles. Put a panic button in the rooms. Hell, they can ask for the monger's real ID when getting a room.

He said what happened is, they got in the room, they got him undressed, one starts sucking him off while he's making out with the other one, and their timer goes off. According to my friend, they started the timer when they got to the counter to check in before going to the room.

So they literally just got him going and the timer ended it, they asked for $120 more each and he kicked them out of the room in a rage.

I feel bad for him. I've now been coming here for a year and never experienced something like this.

HK's owners and managers spend every minutes of their lives figuring out how to make more profit by squeezing everyone involved, mongers, chicas, meseros. They are always experimenting with ways and rules to maximize profit.

They institute kick backs for every dollar spent in the club and the hotel, so every one works hard to bring in dollars. For fichas, the chicas get $3-5, meseros get $1 plus tip, so they are very quick to push you to buy the chicas drinks.

HK girls also get a 25% kick back from Cascada for each $30 session. That's $7.50. $30 for the room in 30 minutes is way too high. Guys should bring street girls in the same rooms for $7 like local guys.

At various times HK was pushing the lap dance, $21 for 3 songs in the cramped, pitch black and airtight cubicles. There is not enough room for chicas to take their panties down and guys to park their faces in their crotches. Very few guys would buy lap dance, knowing they get about the same dance with girls with fichas in the club. HK had a VIP coupon for half off lap dance for $11. Guys would pay meseros $11 instead of $21, but very few chicas wanted to do it with that discount, so it was terminated.

I am guessing this time HK's management is banning lap grinding with fichas in the club to push the expensive lap dances. Soon HK will have rules, that guys are not allowed to talk to or touch chicas unless they buy fichas first. That happened to me in upscale club Madaho in BS As. Beautiful girls said it straight out, have to buy drinks first, talk later. Madaho had no clients due to high prices and went out of business soon after.

HK hits on a very good business model. Even with increasing prices, people keep lining up late at night, bringing friends and dates, to get in to spend money. The management has been doing a lot of things right, maintaining a nice, clean, fun, sexy, relaxing environment, which help their business grow. I think they have to pay off lots of officials and cartels to do that business, but they treat regular customers well and are generous with VIP perks, hotel discounts, free drinks and snack coupons ect.

It's stupid the other bars, Adelita, Chicago, never learn to adapt HK's methods or find ways to be serious competition.

Stop tipping the meseros and they will immediately stop trying to finger your ass for money. That is how it works. Two weeks ago a chica favorite stopped and said Hi to me. Before I could answer a meseros pops between the two of us and suggested I buy a drink. I politely declined. He responded by calling me cheap in front of the chica. I guess this is where I was supposed to cave in and buy a drink. So I gave him the double bird. He ran off but I know he appreciated my annual performance review of him.

Stop tipping the meseros and amazingly they will stop fucking with you.

I do not think HK is directly pushing money making items like Lap Dances. I would not be surprised if maseros get a piece of what they sell based on some reactions I have seen. Ignore the maseros imo.

No one in HK seems to care what the guy and girl are doing so long as both have a drink in front of them. The girls know how to get their money. The maseros trying to figure out how to get theirs.

Have seen some girls put effort into getting the maseros paid and I avoid these girls. I like the girls who want all the money to themselves. Trust the club makes a lot of money based on the drinks sold alone.
