If you want a good rest do not stay in the Zona.

I am not looking for 6-8 hours of good sleep so it works for me. Shoot some nights vit drinks have me up all night. Not good for immune system but great for my morale.

Honestly I am probably another reason people do not like staying in Cascadas. I bring a blue tooth speaker and when a girl is in my room it can get loud.

It's been couple of years since I went to zona Norte. I have taken my own room at Cascades many times for multiple nights during weekdays and then travelled back and forth between SD downtown and Tijuana I. E. Head to Tijuana in eve and then return to SD late at night. I stayed over night at Cascades and it wasn't great. The hotel has no windows and it gets loud at night if your room is closer to the street..

I stay at Cascadas.

I bring a computer and headphones. I listen to music or other stuff through the night.

I also stay in the club downstairs till about 3 am or later. I come up when I am tired and sleepy. So I am able to get a few hours sleep.

Staying at Cascadas is convenient. So worth the trade off for me.

Yes what ever rules that HK is imposed they seem to have no rules in AB. This may help AB be able to get some better talent and in turn help us with better competition between the two bars. That's exactly my thought, they're trying to find a way increase revenue. But to me, the impromptu lap dance is imperative to decide whether to take a girl upstairs. Cascada's single rooms are small and windowless. Except for banging girls, I just don't like sleeping in them. The master suites on higher floors are bigger with windows, but the VIP club on 10th floor is playing all night. Some nights Banda bands would play loud music right under Cascada's windows way until 2 -3 AM.

Instead of wasting time and risking security moving back and forth to another hotel, ask Cascada and Rizzo to show you options on rooms. Also bring ear plugs to block out noise when you want to sleep.

You may want to consider Rizzo de Oro. It's a lot quieter over there.

I go to the Zona for the putas, so I would want the easiest possible access when motivated to scratch that itch. If it comes at 2 am, might be tough to get transportation from a beach hotel to the Zona. OTOH, I have tried to get transportation from a beach hotel to the Zona a few times during the day, and that took some effort mid-day weekdays.
