There obviously isn't a formal website where you apply for a job and submit your resume like a typical job in America. Cascadas runs its operations well. If any clean up guy looks at you cross-eyed, tell them you are going to talk to their manager.

In my opinion, the cleaning person deserves one dollar to keep the room clean. So I always tip one dollar. On the other hand, several cleaners sometimes line up and all want a dollar each. Then I think they are trying to take advantage of me, and I tell them to get lost. Or I tell them to tear my dollar bills in several pieces and share it among themselves. Plus I give them a stare down for abusing my generosity.

Has anyone refused to tip those cleaning people once you are done using the hotel rooms for 30 minutes? I all zone in on your room the second you are done requesting tips like vultures. Was curious if everyone else was also tipping all these annoying people.

Most bar and hotel workers in La Zona make very little money, like Mexico's minimum wages. Some have to rent those jobs from management and have to survive on tips. $1-2 tip after a $130 session with the girls is very reasonable.

I usually check the bed, floor and banos for fluids or contaminations, used needles, no towel, no soap ect. Some girls were always squirting or peeing in hotel beds. They don't give a shit about their filthy habit to the next guys. If rooms are not clean and smelling good I would tell them to call front desk to swap room. That really puts the fear into them as they may lose their jobs.

If I have to use a dirty room, I would refuse to tip room attendants on the way out and tell them to their faces what were wrong. That would give them incentives to do their jobs right.

Nobody cares who he is or what nationality. He looks and acts like a trashy low life, may be a drug dealer, not a responsible or well-off gentleman.

Not all customers at HK are regular dudes just looking to get laid and having a nice friendly time with a HK chica. There are a lot of sick fucks I'm sure at the club. Even though they don't "murder" anyone, I'm sure the crap they do to chicas upstairs can often be just as bad.
