I don't know that the border is open at that location, but they have cleared out the migrant camp last I was there (one week ago).

Hello There,

I just got back from a 2 night stay at Cascadas which is the hotel owned and ran by Hong Kong. I parked in the lot by Jack in the Box in San Ysidro. The walk across was a breeze at 6 pm on a Friday, and there was no wait. The Mexican border agent just asked to look at my passport, and did not ask any other questions, and she did not have me fill out an FMM card which was a first for me as they did before.They do scan your luggage going into Tijuana with the same style machines used at airports so be careful not to bring anything that could be confiscated.

I walked over to the little wait room / facility to catch the Hong Kong limo which is about 2 short blocks from where you exit the turnstyle at the border exit point. You may ask a taxi driver or shop vendor if you are not sure where it is located and they will show you how to find it. I was not in a big hurry to check in as time was still early for the night, so I did have to wait about 20 minutes for the courtesy Hong Kong limo to show up and pick several of us mongers. I did end up tipping the driver a couple of bucks, as did the other riders, but the ride is less than a few minutes. If you arrive late, then taking a taxi would certainly save the 10-20 minute wait.

I had a master suite, which was a larger room than the standard room, and comes with a jacuzzi but standard rooms are fine for most. I did get a chance by the way to walk across the sister property, Hotel Rizo de Oro, but found that the rooms are similar quality as HK but the decor is slightly different, still very nice and updated. So, this is a good option if you cannot get a room at Hong Kong and it is situated right across the street so the girls can just walk across with you. I walked across the street to the mini mart and purchased water, drinks, etc. as the in room beverages are expensive.

If you enter Mexico at Ped East you can get the HK Limo right off the main sidewalk. Just walk until the sidewalk turns to the left and that gate on your right slides open and the Limo comes there. If not have the guy in the Shed call them. Saves you that two block walk plus some. If you have to walk to the office and wait, you just cross that street into the first lot and walk thru to the building. 9 times out of 10 the Limo is either in that lot behind that gate or will be there shortly. You never get close to the turnstiles as the lot is about half way there from immigration.

Forget about Plaza Rio mall. Best place for people watching is HK club with 100's beautiful, smiling, naked chicas showing their big boobs, flat ab, long legs and hot, moist crotches.

I really enjoyed my time, my only complaints were lack of things to do during the day in the area and the super pushiness of the meseros, LOL. But I would still overall say it is a must go.

Good report. As well as what others suggested for during the day, the shopping area near the Zona Norte is interesting to look around, and you can people-watch while walking up and down the beaches. Though I guess they may not be busy this time of year, and can be a little run down in places. Still, plenty of places to eat and drink in both areas.

LOL same, that border station parking lot is pricey. I just fly into San Diego airport and take an Uber to the border now, costs roughly $30.

See. Take a laptop or screen of any sort and watch youtube. I previously used cheap Amazon fire. Now I use Chromebook (under $200).

And I have music playing in my room all the time. I dance with gals to salsa music.

Music spices up the sessions very nicely.

The- stay late in the club (eg: till 4 am and wake up very late.)

Good trip report. My advice would be 1) given your arrival and departure times, if you want to save $$$ on parking, consider parking at one of the nearby trolley stations where you can park for free. You'd only have to pay $5 to go back and forth between the station and San Ysidro round trip. I always park at Palomar St. , which is 3 stops from San Ysidro, and have never had any problems there. In theory you can only park up to 24 hours at trolley stations but they aren't strict on that. I've very regularly parked 36-48 hours at trolley stations and have never had an issue.

2) Yeah, there's not much to do in Zona Norte during the day outside the clubs but there's plenty to do out and about in the city. Uber's super cheap in Tijuana so would try to check out some of the sights in the city that might interest you if you're bored. Could also consider just spending the day across the border in San Diego if you're more comfortable there and coming back over at night.

Friday night at Hong Kong was jumping, and I actually thought there was a little more talent selection and a few more options than on Saturday night. The ratio of girls to guys was really good, so girls were eager to do arribas. As usual, the meseros (waiters) were very pushy, so if they see you sit down with a girl all the waiters in that area will hound you to buy drinks. The minute your girl finishes her drink also you will need to buy her a drink or she will stand up and leave. I was told by several girls that management is pushing them to sell drinks, and they must sell 100 fichas / drink tickets in a week, or they will pay 100 dollars. The ladies drinks were at 10 dollars for the most part. I did not care for the pushiness and did not feel like I could go less than 2 minutes without a waiter, souvenir seller, snack seller coming over asking me to buy something. This was so annoying. The girls were asking between 80-100 dollars, and some wanted 30 minute time limits. I ended up taking a nice one back on Friday night, and then called it a night around 1 am.

I woke up Saturday, and ended up going to breakfast at the restaurant at Hotel Rizo de Oro and had an excellent Grand Slam breakfast for about 9 dollars; strongly recommend it. Just out of curiosity, I strolled down into the club around noon and although it had some people in there, the numbers of girls available was low and many guys were sitting in the downstairs tables having a drink. I checked a couple of hours later, and it was still slow so I ended up doing some work on my laptop in the room.

The "night shift" of girls started arriving at 8 pm, and this is the second shift unofficial time to start showing up. So, I found the best selection could be had 8-10 pm Interestingly enough, the amount of talent in the club drops around 11:30-12:30 as they are busy doing Arribas (sessions upstairs). But miraculousy, around 12:30-1 pm girls were coming back from their first or second sessions, and guys getting tired made the selection go up. Just my observation.

Saturday night was good as well, just a notch of selection down from Fridays numbers but still very good. I was concerned the Super Bowl weekend may have duded the place out, but it was still fine. Ended up taking a nice girl named Alexia from Tijuana. She is younger, medium size breasts, curvy; not too thick or thin but would repeat.

Came back today, Sunday and took an Uber for only 50 pesos or about $2.50 and it was quick and easy. No need to wait for the limo, and he dropped me off right at the border. Being it was 10 am, the line to walk into the US was super quick, and only took me about 5 minutes to get through. I went back to my car and drove back to LOS Angeles with minimal traffic. I really enjoyed my time, my only complaints were lack of things to do during the day in the area and the super pushiness of the meseros, LOL. But I would still overall say it is a must go.

Had another trip with no sessions at HK. The Club definitely has the best talent, but they shove 6's or 7's onto you for the fishas when an 8 or 9 is lying in wait.

Even when you do gt to sit with an 8 or 9 then there is a better 8 or 9+ that catches your eye so you hold off doing a session. Even if you've got the 9. 5 she will be a bit reserved by Mexico *****house standards and you'll look back at the 8 that was much more sultry.

I've just never really found the right groove to do many sessions with HK girls.

Hahah, I wanted to take an 8 that was dancing on stage cause she was receptive and playful when I tipped. Then a chica sat next to me and I was going to tell her I wasn't interested, but she was an 8 too so ended up taking her arriba. Went back down to look for the 8 that I saw on stage and she was gone. Too many hot girls in HK, a great problem to have!

404 was a normal overnight reservation the the night she was killed. If it was short term they would have found her right away (although it bears repeating that management said the room was empty hours after she went up there and hours before the coroners pulled her out of there) Management states they "do not need ID if room is paid in cash, only a name". That seems absurd to me. I've always used a card so.

I don't have any frame of reference.

Does anybody have an experience not needing to provide ID to book a room here?

I've had to provide ID to book a room, but that might be because I have the VIP card and they need to make sure I'm not using someone else's VIP card for the discounted rate.
